According to Decenzo and Robins (2001) the most important criteria of HRM are; Perfect Technology, Communication availability, Updated Financial Curriculum, Enough Cooperation, Globalization by which everyone can be benefited. Key words: Human resource management, workforce, ethics. Introduction: The Companies which are willing to maintain a competitive landmark both now and in the future, they surely require enough human force to increasing the technological change and techniques. This will be the duty of the human force manager to properly train the work force to accomplish the competitive advantage of business in the 21 st century. HRM managers have already went ahead for handling simple as well as personal issues to making a strategic implementation by supporting the long term strategies of the organization employee qualifications and developing of cultural as well as technical which are required for the strategies of the organization[1-9]. But we should know, what should be the priorities for human resource in future. As we know human placed a very vital role in each and every organization but due there are some problem for which HR Manager are confecting a number of problems like progress of the employees. According to Armstrong (2004) Human Resource Management (HRM) is the ongoing activity in an organization which is going forward. Some of the problems are rapidly transforming business landscape, globalization, changing nature consumer taste and habits. So to get rid of these issues Human resource manager have to build as well as developed 1969

2 a frame work which will allow enough flexibility and reliability to develop the workforce for future[9-14]. Factor affecting the role of HRM Globalization: Greengard (1995) defined globalization, which is a process of communication among the various places of the whole world in order to progress the entire economic system. Globalization refers to the mixture of economics and societies around the world which means that world trade and financial markets are become more integrated[15-24]. The increase internationalization of business has been putting its impact on HRM intern of some problem as unfamiliar laws, language, competitions, attitudes, management styles, work ethics etc. Globalization has also become as effect on employment patterns worldwide. Technological advances: A technology advances are having some significant impact on HR business practices. There has been a drastic change in the field of various projects due to advancements in the technology as well as the scenario of the organizational regulation. At first the requirement of skilled personal are obvious. The needs of skilled persons are required in order to handle the situations and technical requirement for surviving in a competitive environment. In an organization there are hot sector and they need some technical experts like telecommunication, hospitality, retailing, banking, insurance, bio-technology etc. downsizing can be considered as the next-head here, which is worth mentioning. The employee head counts are reduced everywhere due to increased automation. In the years fulfilling the expectation of knowledge workers are going to be a major area for all HR managers. Another important aspect is telecommunication through which employees have already put to work as fast as they can. So it has become too popular to avoid the obvious work where people can take advantage of phones and internet to transmit their office works. We can say it as a very powerful as well as efficient cost effective tool by which companies have become successful. By taking advantage from the applicant pool, starts are living far away etc. adaptability is the biggest issue due to technological advancement in adaptability, with companies looking at tools which 1970

Workforce Diversity: In the world of business, diversity means having a workforce which represents many different viewpoints, backgrounds and cultures. Diversity affects all areas of organizations from recruitment to compensation[25-29]. It is an increasingly topical theme in management in the field of workplace. Diversity within HRM, termed as workforce diversity, is a multifaceted phenomenon which can be defined as any visible or invisible difference between organizational members. It can be labeled into two distinct as well as important aspects: Observable differences (e.g. nationality, age) Underlying differences (e.g. values, sexual orientation). Workforce diversity plays a vital role in the particular issues of HRM as it has legal, moral and business implications for an organization. People can respond to diversity by a number of ways. Behavioral and emotional reactions to diversity are explained largely by three theories such as; Similarity attraction paradigm Social identity theory Social categorization theory (Pearson, 1995). Workplace diversity has its both positive and negative effects. However, diversity management can help mitigate the adverse effects of diversity and capitalize on the positive effects. With the fusion of talents of diverse cultural backgrounds, personality, standards of living, each organization can manage the business concepts in a proper way by which they can reach at their destination easily. When an organizational environment does not support diversity, then there are some risks of losing talents to competitors. This is especially factual for a multinational company (MNCs) who have workforce on a global scale and employees with varies in both ethical and cultural backgrounds. Thus, a HR manager needs to be very thoughtful and may employ a Think Global, Act Local approach in most of the circumstances. Changes in political and legal environment: If there is any Changes in political and legal environment, then HRM will be affected by the loyal and regular as well as suitable environment. The main activities of a political climate include; The extent of external regulations Nature of work contracts Various labor legislations 1971

4 Case laws So the factors always remain ever changing, the political atmosphere of human resource management remains in a constant change of flux as usual. It is the responsibility of resource management to manipulate the changes and fully determine the implications, of each and every change and brings about necessary adjustment within the workplace in which they can perform well with solving each and every breakdown in its normal functioning. Changes in the Economic Environment: Companies suffer both internal and external pressures in an economic environment. The external competitive pressure stemming from the economic situations produces a drop in demand which increases in unemployment, which is used to affect the globalization. On the other hand, the internal management of the company are used to focus on efficiency of each and every situation. This is leading to serially reduce the cost as well as expenditure with consulting the market conditions. High employeerecoupment and financial problems are clearly HRM and managerial issues. These matters influence the strategic HR function without any doubt. In the platform of economy, the resources tend to high solutions which are used to provide clear-cut results[20-26]]. Ethics: There is a need to discuss about ethics in the platform of human resources. The discussion about ethics happened during mid 20 th century, various companies were there which were used to have been pressurized to perform well in the gross market. Companies are watching the rate of progress inside the huge organization. Many human resource departments are having the responsibility. According to Steve Miranda, chairman of human resource Management, (SHRM), provides a high-level individual with many good authorities which are used to provide solutions as well as enough support are effectively communicated across the organization"( McGraw, 2011). Developing process, counting the rate of workforce are very necessary for ensuring a fair and legal business. In the present era each organization are leading to get enough reputation, by keeping the above issues and challenges the HR mangers who are responsible to train all the young employees and watch their work activities will show their commitment and loyalty[27-29]. - Technology has been changed each and everything in the platform of Great extent The methods of production, 1972

5 The process of recruitment The training techniques New equipment New Technology should - To cope up with the issue of Globalization HR manager should adopt the concept of Globalization, Human Resource Management which is the pure place to build up the employee knowledge and work out on them. In this way the issues of Globalization can be reduced with some extent. - Human resource manager should develop such a processing team by which they can go through their predefined planning and can reach at their destination in time. - The HR manager accountable to make such a broad strategy in which they can put employees in particular platforms regarding the debate on work force diversity[30-34]. - Organization culture is the important element which must be considered by the HR team, the process in which employees perform well and beliefs to observe to what is imperative[35-36]. - The HR-team should decide each and every ongoing function to provide more and more talent people into organization, for; Recruitment selection, Training and transfer Promotion, dismissals Placement Demotion Layoffs Conclusions: In the above, we have discussed the important issues and challenges which are being faced by HR mangers of organizations. The foremost work by the HR team is to rapidly progress 1973

6 organizational behavior as well as skill to employees. To familiarize the employees, they have to train them with the concept of globalize human resource management to perform better in the global organization context. Some of the issues are; These can be best managed by HR manager where they have to take developed HR team which perform the recruitment process in a perfect way and will place the employees according to their suitable platforms, such as proper assigning of duties and responsibilities, managing knowledge etc. By all the above discussed aspects the value of human resource, it can be developed efficiently and each and every organization will sustain to survive forever. 1.
