Government of Canada Pension Centre The mandate of the Pension Centre is to act as the primary office responsible for the administration of the pension plan for federal public service employees, the Public Service Superannuation Act (PSSA). We also provide administrative support to the underwriters responsible for several public service group benefit plans, Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) and the Post Retirement Life Insurance Plan (PRLIP). In addition, the Pension Centre transitioned the administrative work for the Pensioners' Dental Services Plan (PDSP), from the underwriters to the Pension Centre since June The Pension Centre constitutes a central service that is unique in the Public Service. The Reisman Internship Program enables a student from any discipline to pursue an entrepreneurial passion project over the summer. The project can be a for-profit business OR a social or cultural enterprise (a for-profit or not-for-profit organization whose primary aim is to make a social or cultural impact).
