MIHRM is the leading body for training and support services in Human Resource Management in Malaysia. MIHRM has trained more than 10,000 competent HR professionals and practitioners in both private and public sector. MIHRM is a non-profit, non-governmental voluntary organization. The Institute is managed by Council Members elected biannually amongst the members at a General Meeting.
