3 Snapshot: Procurement Our services Who we are Page 3 Procurement provides strategic purchasing solutions for goods and services EY needs to conduct business. With a focus on high quality, risk management and mitigation, brand value and competitive costs, Procurement manages four major categories: Travel includes airlines, hotels, car rentals, rail, ground transportation, travel agency costs, online booking tools, business charge cards, and Meetings & Events. Real Estate includes occupancy expenses comprised of building rent and operating expenses, interior design, construction, furniture and office furnishings including those of EY@Work and the associated amortizations and depreciation. Technology covers application and infrastructure software, professional and managed services, application development, hardware, and telecommunications. Products & Services includes Talent; Facilities Management; Professionals Services; and Brand, Marketing and Communications. Diversity & Inclusiveness working closely with client serving teams to provide diverse solutions and subject matter expertise that supports winning in the market place by building client pipeline and strengthening existing client relationships As part of the Mercury program, the Procurement workstream has designed and is implementing a global Source to Pay system with the objective to drive a consistent, cost efficient and compliant global procurement process by leveraging technology and shared services Procurement proactively engages with member firm leadership and Global Client Service Partners to support vendor-client relationships. Diversity and inclusiveness at EY Approx. 400 personnel throughout the world responsible for Real Estate, Travel Services and Meeting & Events, Technology and Products & Services Strong presence in India, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Australia, Russia, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States and Canada; however, have assigned dedicated Real Estate, Travel Services, Technology and Products & Services leads to focus on our emerging markets. Current Projects Further implementation of EY@Work (currently over 80 locations and 75,000 people enabled and supported) and additional deployment of Enterprise Reservation System across EY offices Global Meetings & Events strategy and policy including new structure, RFP for regional venue sourcing companies, global small meetings package RFP. Continue to push cross-border opportunities within Products & Services category to increase spend under management. Improve demand management through EMEIA, Asia-Pacific and Latin America travel management company (TMC) implementations. Indirect cost reduction (IDC) program support Global Process owner for Executive Assistants (EA) and Facilities Management (FM). Global Source to Pay system (Mercury); pilots completed and working with wave 1 countries

Supplier diversity is defined as a proactive business process that seeks to provide suppliers equal access to supply chain procurement opportunities It promotes supplier participation reflective of a diverse business* community and encourages economic development Clear Procurement commitment statement on D&I as well as D&I obligations on existing suppliers in Supplier Code of Conduct *A diverse business is defined as a company that is certified to be at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by one or more minority, woman, LGBT, people with disability, aboriginal or indigenous person. Through our initiative we aim to create a distinctive experience for suppliers by teaming together to develop innovative solutions, strategies and accelerating possibilities as we respond with a diverse mindset to our customers, future clients and communities around us. 6 EY Enterpreneurial Winning Women The EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women program is an executive education program that identifies a select group of high-potential women entrepreneurs whose businesses show real potential to scale and then helps them do it. This year-long program is designed for established, women-led businesses that are ready to scale operations and become global market leaders by: Expanding their knowledge with the latest information, research and executive dialogues about business strategies and practices Identifying potential partners, strategic alliances, customers and suppliers as well as prospective sources of private capital Providing access to informal, one-to-one guidance and support Strengthening their executive leadership and business skills and identifying opportunities to grow through meetings with senior advisors and seasoned entrepreneurs Increasing visibility for them and their companies among corporate executives, investors and the media Page 6 Diversity and inclusiveness at EY

10 Netherlands Winner - EWW Mirjam Terhorst FundIQ Founder Netherlands Mirjam Terhorst started her career as an M&A lawyer in 2003, but soon moved on to become an investment professional in private equity with Rabo Private Equity. Eager to learn, she then also completed a 22-month part-time Executive MBA at Rotterdam School of Management in In 2014 she decided to transition from the corporate environment and founded FundIQ together with Derek de Broekert. FundIQ provides mezzanine finance to Dutch SMEs. Convinced that mezzanine fills a permanent gap in the SME financing landscape, her ambition is to be the trusted entrepreneurial business bank.
