Oversee all functions of mine activities and work with the senior management team to establish the overall strategy of the mine. Direct a team of technical and professional staff and provide leadership and guidance to department managers to ensure established objectives are achieved. 8 G & A - Management/Services Human Resources Manager The role of Human Resources Manager is to implement the HR plan for the site including the administration of HR programs and practices, orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management, health and safety as well as recruitment and selection. This role is also responsible for ensuring that employees and managers are informed about both internal and external relevant HR related matters.
