4 1. Who we are We are a group of related companies that operate in the field of manufacturing, distributing, installing and maintaining lifting and accessibility equipments. Our registered trade name is Guillermo Fabian S.L. and our brand name is Grupo Excelsior. We are highly involved in activities related to the renovation of buildings without elevators, providing a full solution service which includes design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of all kinds of lifts, support mechanisms and Elevator supporting steel structures. We have history. Our company was founded in 1923 by Mr. Guillermo Fabian Fischer, a German national resident in Spain. We celebrate almost a century of legacy and experience in the lifting industry. Our involvement has been complete in all areas: Design, Manufacturing, Development (R & D), Maintenance, Repair and Refurbishment of all types of lifts (elevators, Accessibility Elevators, Stair lifts, Lifts, Wheelchair Lifts, Car lifts, etc.), for people and merchandise..live in the present We have several sales offices in Madrid with more than 1200 m2 which allows us to be at a closer reach for our customers and faster in service response in any needed area. We currently maintain more than 7,000 elevators and lifts in the Madrid vicinity and at the same time continue to develop and implement our products for both the public and the private sector. and work towards the future How far can our commitment go? We have all the necessary certifications to develop our business so we can ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. We are certified by the Ministry of Economics and Finance as: Service Company and Works Contractor. We have our own factory with more than 8,000 m2, located in the industrial zone; Yeles Las Canteras, Toledo province (Spain), where we design, manufacture and develop all the products that we install.

6 We have a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2000 standard UNE, incorporating therein the European Lift Directive 95/16/EC, which sets the rules for design, manufacture, assembly, installation and final inspection of elevators and testing of components. Lifts Excelsior safety is a priority at the time of manufacture our products. We have a technological capacity that allows us to adapt to the needs of the client, as well as to develop new products that differentiate us from the competition. Our policy of continuous improvement is part of the philosophy of the company. 4. Our Values Our values are the Foundation of everything we do as a company. This makes sure our customers know what they can expect once they buy /install a product of the Excelsior group. For us the important thing is customer repeat with Excelsior purchase, thus becoming the main reference in elevators. Vision After nearly a century of experience and professionalism in the internal market of manufacturing, installation, maintenance and repair of lifts in the outskirts of Madrid, Lifts Excelsior orients its commercial expansion into two key areas: the rehabilitation of buildings and export. To do this, it has two departments clearly ready to take on new challenges and qualified personnel for the international market penetration. The Refurbishment Department is form by twenty professionals in its various branches, in which depends a structure with more than 50 projects in progress at present and 50 other projects waiting for the start. After nearly a century of covering fully the internal market of production, installation and maintenance of lifts in the vicinity of

9 Madrid, Grupo Excelsior is expanding its operations by creating two new departments. The refurbishment department, besides the Management, Sales and operational personnel, it has also an apt and fully trained and capable technical staff. Furthermore it employs architects and builders. This intertwined unit makes it possible for Excelsior to cover a new niche in the internal market. Its main activity is to provide complete solutions for installation of elevators in buildings that do not have one already installed, but also to renovate and upgrade existing older installations in both the private and the public sector as well. One of the most important activities of the Refurbishing department is the special installations of lifts in buildings of significant importance, buildings that are considered to be of heritage and need a very detailed and sophisticated design to be in complete harmony. The Refurbishment department is in charge of production of outside support structures that make possible the addition of an elevators in buildings that otherwise would be impossible.

10 The Export Department: Our track record and potential make us a leader in the field of elevation in our domestic market, with more than 90 years in the sector of lift we have decided to take the plunge and go outside. To do this we have created a specific department which will focus its efforts on expanding our business into new markets, and international development. The export Department aims to build a strong network of partners and collaborators throughout the world to promote and manage our products which demand requests each day are more frequent and thus increase the brand awareness outside Spain. We have developed our website in three languages (Spanish, English and French) and are continually working with our partners in various markets to create a strong presence of the Excelsior brand in their perspective markets. The fact that we produce all our products in our own factory makes it possible for us to provide a product in every country without additional concern about it meeting the country s specific rules and regulations. That is because we can adapt to those rules and produce every product based on the requirements at hand. Our aim and end goal remains the same, full satisfaction of every client we do business with, every partner that we collaborate and ultimately to provide an uplifting experience for every person that uses Excelsior elevators.

Certifications Compliance with rules and regulations is key to a strong positioning in the market and proves our commitment to quality and safety. All our work and services are supervised by a strict system of occupational risk prevention, the entity audited by Bureau VERITAS. Furthermore we are accredited as a Training Center by the National Employment Institute (INEM), since 2004 and classified by the Classification Committee of Consulting and Services since 1996, as rated company for Works from the same year. Our company also possesses the Conservative Company Certificate Electromechanical Devices with RCAE number-49 with seniority since 1977, issued by the Directorate General of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Community of Madrid.
