1 1. Objective: The objective of this policy is to provide guidelines & entitlements to Outsource Vendor for implementing Leave & Holiday process of an outsource associates de putted for Aircel. 2. Eligibility: Applicable to all outsource associates who are deputed at Aircel. 3. Typesof leave: 3.1. Privilege Leave (PL) All associates who have completed six months of continuous employment with Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. are eligible for 15 working days of privilege leave in a calendar year. 1/3 Privilege leave can be carried forward to the subsequent years subject to a maximum accumulation of 30 days Casual Leave (CL) All associates are entitled for 07 days of casual leave on every calendar year for any contingency. Casual leave can. Any exception to this clause will be approved by Functional Head at Circle or Corporate & by HR Head at Circle & Corporate. All un-availed casual leave will automatically lapse at the end of the calendar year Sick Leave (SL) All associates are entitled for 07 days of sick leave in a calendar year. Sick leave will not be accumulated and the unutilized leave would get lapsed automatically at the end of the calendar year. A medical certificate from a doctor is required for absence on account of ill ness for duration of more than three consecutive days. When an associate requires additional leave on medical grounds after exhausting sick leave, privilege leave may be availed and if the privilege leave is also exhausted, casual leave may be availed Adecco India Pvt. Ltd and Aircel reserve the right to examine the medical fitness of the associate through unauthorized medical practitioner Maternity Leave (ML) Maternity Leave would be guided by the provisions of Maternity Benefits Act 1961 and in case of any difference in this handbook from the above Act, benefits as applicable in the Act would over ride benefits contain adhere in. 2 Maternity Leave is applicable to female associates and who have worked for a minimum of 90 calendar days on the date of application, during the preceding 12 calendar months. After availing Maternity Leave and at the time of resuming duty, the associate must bring with her a fit ness certificate, and submit the same to the Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. &to the concerned Circle/ Corporate HR of Aircel. It is essential to get he leave sanctioned by the Approving Authority (Immediate Reporting manager, Circle/Corporate Functional Head & Circle/Corporate HR Head of Aircel) at least 45 calendar days before proceeding on Maternity Leave. 4. Guiding Rules Application for leave of any kind should be made in Synchoes tool only OR in the prescribed Associate Leave Application Form (ALAF-1) available with the Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. representative. If any associate is absent from work place without any prior approval for even 1 Single day, it will be considered as leave without pay. Any associate who is absent from work place without any prior leave approval / information for continuous 3 days, then it will be considered as absconding and the salary will not be processed till time Associate returns. This will also lead to termination due to absconding. During full & final settlement the absconding days will be considered as Loss of Pay. During Notice period leaves on emergency grounds are permissible. Also the notice period to be served gets extended by an equal number of days as the leave availed. As a guideline not more than one third of the team members should be away from work at any one time. In case of associate operating functionally under more than one reporting manager than the recommendation from all of them would be required for any leave / absence. Leave entitlements will be calculated based on the Calendar Year. All associates will be entitled to all types of leave from the date of joining, except PL for which they must have completed at least six months in the organization (on a prorated basis). Any associate joining before 15 th of the month will be entitled for the full leave for that month thereafter any joinee between 16 th till 30 th /31 st of the will not be eligible for any leave for that month. 7 days of casual leave and 7 days of sick leave will be credited at the beginning of the calendar year or on the date of joining (on prorated basis as applicable). Casual leave can be availed for 2 days only at a stretch. For availing Sick leaves for more than 3 days an associate will be required to submit Medical certificate for the same on the day of his/her resuming the duties.

3 Any excess leave or special leave to be approved by RHR on recommendation of CHR. Any such leaves availed by an associates will be treated as Leaves availed in advance. If the associate leaves the services of Adecco India Pvt. Ltd.before offsetting the leave availed in advance the same shall be treated as leave without pay and would be adjusted in the full &final settlement. While on leave, intervening holidays and weekly offs will not be counted except in the case of maternity leave and leave without pay. An associate working less than 4 hours on a working day has to apply for full day leave on that day. A person working between 4 & 6 hours on a working day has to apply for 1/2 day leave. Sanction of leave is subject to business needs and the organization reserves the right to refuse leave based on business exigencies. Any leave taken in excess of the above provision will be treated as leave without pay. Intervening weekly off/holidays will not be included in calculating the number of days for leave availed. In other words, the number of days of leave availed will be restricted to the number of business days only. However, if an associate is on leave without pay then any weekly off days/holidays that fall during the leave or are prefixed or suffixed to the leave dates, then such off days/holidays will be treated as Loss of Paydays. ESI leave will be treated as leave without pay. 5. Procedure for availing leave Leave Management System is maintained on Synchoes Tool. All the associates are required to apply for leaves via Synchoes tool only. An approved ALAF (Associate Leave Application Form) OR an approved mail may be sent to the Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. implant for enhanced control. Associates based out at remote locations/field associates, to apply leavesvia ALAF. The leave application should be sent to the Immediate Reporting manager of Aircel through mail/physical form. The Immediate reporting manager of Aircel will forward his/her approval through mail/physical form to the associate with a copy to Circle/Corporate HR of Aircel and Adecco India Pvt. Ltd.representative for updating their cords online / tool from back end. However the responsibility lies at the associate end to submit the leave approval to the Circle/ Corporate HR of Aircel &the Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. representative. The associates have to get leave sanctioned at least one day in advance in case of casual leave and three days in advance in case of privilege leave, from the Immediate Reporting Manager of Aircel. Long leave plans should be informed 15 days in advances and a sanction from the Immediate Reporting Manager & the Circle/Corporate Functional Head of Aircel is required for the same. If the approved leave application does not reach the Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. representative on time, the period will be treated as absence and if not regularized immediately, it shall be Adecco India Private Limited-For Internal luse Only Page

4 treated as leave without pay. All the leaves which are either not applied by the associate OR applied but not approved by the reporting manager will be treated as LWP/LOP ( Leave Without Pay / Loss of Pay )

5 6. Holidays Thirteen holidays will be observed in a calendar year. These holidays are inclusive of the three national holidays. Aircel will circulate the holiday list at the beginning of the year to and vendor in turn will circulate the same to their associates. Aircel reserves the right store view or amend the above policy as deemed necessary. All associates will have a 6 day working week as rule however, the immediate reporting manager &circle/ corporate functional head of Aircel can declare holiday on Saturday depending up on work (business) requirements. 7. Procedure for maintaining attendance Non Field Associates: All the associate s attendance is managed on the muster roll (attendance register) kept at the Aircel office (Circle & Corporate office) reception & monitored by the Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. representative of the respective circle on a daily basis i.e. Associates are required to sign the attendance register on a daily basis & the same will be managed by the respective circle Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. Representative under the guidance and control of the Circle HR SPOC. Field Associates: All the associates who are required to be on the field like sales associates & FOS, respective circle Adecco India Pvt. Ltd.representative are required to send the attendance on mail to their reporting manager on a monthly basis. Attendance register will be removed from the Aircel office reception and kept at the respective Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. representative place after a grace time of 15 min from the office reporting time. At the end of the month, while finalizing the pay days for salary processing : o Non Field Associate(s) attendance: as marked in the attendance register is to be considered. o Field Associate(s) attendance: as approved by their respective reporting manager on mail to be considered. Physical muster roll / Attendance register needs to be updated by the Adecco India Pvt. Ltd. representative post receiving attendance and leave details of all the field and non-field associates. Adecco India Pvt. Ltd.should in turn verify the leave records available with the mand give the confirmation to the respective Circle/Corporate HR of Aircel. Adecco India Pvt. Ltd.representative is required to crosscheck all the leaves and LOP s with the final attendance sheet, under the supervision of Circle HR SPOC. Circle / Corporate HR head of Aircel to approve the final attendance input on mail. Once the approval is obtained from the Circle HR on the final attendance input (post leave adjustment), attendance will be used for salary processing.
