Maintains and repairs valves and faucets. Replaces worn washers. Opens clogged pipes and traps. Replaces broken water heating equipment, tempering valves, and circulating pumps. Inspects, maintains, and repairs fire sprinkler systems within City buildings. Assures such systems are operable at all times. Inspects, maintains, and repairs gas, water and sewer mains and pipes in City buildings.
