Follow the instructions in the How to inquire or apply at the end of this flyer. What is the difference between a Judge and Worker position? The Elections Division needs to hire over 400 individuals in order to conduct our election. Some positions are classified as judges and some are classified as workers. The pay is the same for either classification. The main distinction is that some election positions are required by law to be filled by election judges. Election judge positions MUST first be filled by individuals who attended their respective political party caucus back in March.
