It is to minimize our negative impact and increase our positive impact to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and thus improve our overall performance. We defined our sustainable development issues by following the four sustainability principles. These principles are based on scientific studies and recognized worldwide. They define the framework of our approach and give a general description of what is required to be sustainable. Replace the use of scarce resources from other more abundant in nature, effective use of extracted materials and reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. Replace persistent and bio accumulative compounds with abundant compounds that decompose more easily and make more effective use of substances produced by society. Use only resources from well-managed ecosystems and in the most productive and efficient way possible, avoid intensive crops and species extinction. Ensure that the human rights are respected, that revenues and earnings are adequate, that the working conditions are healthy, that the working conditions are able to meet human needs. The objective is to reduce pressure on the availability of resources provided by ecosystems by changing our consumption patterns. provide the framework for our social responsibility program. Governance and employees We create the work conditions that empower our employees to grow professionally. Sustainable raw materials We favour materials that promote Man and Environment. Sustainable transport We use efficient modes of transport resources and optimize travel distances. Responsible operations We ensure that our sites have a positive and social impact. Innovation We encourage all initiatives that integrate sustainability criteria. Sustainable partnerships We work with our internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement. Unipex considers these issues as being its responsibility. An initial diagnosis of our CSR activities for each point and a mapping of our stakeholders were the first steps in the building of our strategy. Detailed action plans by issue have enabled us to define our monitoring indicators. Basing ourselves on these 4 principles and projecting us in the long term, we have identified our 6 focus points for ensuring the sustainability of our business. These criteria 8

Continue to reduce the impact of transport through three main areas : Multimodal logistics Improving the environmental performance of the transport involves the optimization of road transport but also by the use of additional modes such as rail, river or sea. Optimization of loading and delivery rates The goal is the optimization of transport and therefore reducing CO2 emissions. It is done by optimizing purchase orders (order by the truckload) and customer deliveries (grouping of orders). Responsible partnerships Committed to sustainable development, Unipex Group expects its partners that they also pay attention, especially in terms of environmental protection when it comes to logistics. Actions Unipex Solutions France Diagnosis of Unipex Solutions France 3 items «purchases of raw materials», «cargo» and «travel» are the largest emitters in our business. Overall, raw material purchases are the most important part of our CO2 emissions, due mainly to the impact of energy consumption and air emissions during chemical transformations used to manufacture the products we distribute. As a distributor, we have few means of action regarding this and that encourages our suppliers and their sustainable development program. The identification of actions to reduce our emissions of greenhouse gases is underway. Optimization Our carriers are located closer to the shipping locations.
