2 The MISION program handles a series of methodologies that are applied in the related institutions, in this sense I was in charge of elaborating and directing the training plan and the applications in the microfinance institutions - MFIs. Among the methodologies used are the PPI, SPI Smart Campaign, SPI3 of CERISE, Financial Education for the Poor - EFP and Social Performance Management - strategy workshop. The MISSION Program developed a series of tools to be implemented in MFIs, so I was in charge of developing manuals for the implementation of GDS tools as a complement to face-to-face training and technical assistance processes. Responsible for coordinating the activities of the Gender Committee of COPEME, from which actions were programmed to implement the gender indicators of the manual of standardized gender indicators of COPEME. Responsible for the training in use and application of the PPI tool for institutions linked to the MISSION Program, I was also responsible for advising the institutions in the implementation of surveys, processing of results and monitoring them. Responsible for the development of implementation guides in social performance management for the MISION program with COPEME and CRS. Responsible for the design and execution of a training program for mayors and residents of the communities surrounding the VRAE in Ayacucho and Cusco in partnership with DEVIDA and MINISTRY OF PRODUCTION using the EFP methodology, in the budget and savings issues. Responsible for the design of the program to disseminate the use of the Guidance to the user of maritime transport and port services, MINCETUR training program with funds from the European Union in the southern area, at the headquarters of: Ayacucho, Huancayo, Iquitos, Puno, Arequipa, Ilo and Tacna. Responsible for the execution of the consultancy to develop the bases, procedures and formats of the PROFIN RURAL competitive fund of the NGO El Taller de Arequipa.
