8 Z Fellowship 2.0 The Z Fellowship program is in partnership between VML and Syracuse University to develop a connection between VML s two biggest markets - the U.S. and China. VML s Global Headquarters in Kansas City provides training and mentorship to high-potential individuals for 6 months, allowing fellows to then transfer this knowledge and experience to VML s China offices with a 3 year career development plan.

19 General Qualifications Senior or Recent Graduate Bilingual in English & Mandarin Chinese Authorized to work in the U.S. post-graduation (6-9 months) Willing to work in China after U.S. experience Passionate about Marketing, Advertising, Digital Technologies, and Business. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Motivated, Appreciative, Eager to learn!
