Confined Spaces: Dangerous Places Covers how to identify and work within permit-required confined spaces, hazards, roles and responsibliities, and what do to in case of an emergency and rescue operation. Effective Communication for Employees (Subject Category: Customer Service) Effective Communication for Employees is an informative and interactive course designed to help employees understand how improving communication skills can improve working relationships, increase productivity and have a positive effect on their career. Electrical Safety for Construction Provides an overview of basic electrical safety for individuals who work in the construction industry with little or limited training or familiarity with electrical hazards.
