1 LOCAL 152 EMPLOYEE EVALUATION This annual assessment includes a self-assessment and evaluation. The self-assessment is due September 30, 2018 to your supervisor. The evaluation is due May 15, 2019 in Human Resources. As an International Baccalaureate district, Shaker Heights Schools employees should strive to model the IB Learner Profile attributes our students develop through the IB curriculum. 2 SHAKER HEIGHTS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT LOCAL 152 EMPLOYEE EVALUATION Introduction This performance evaluation program applies to all members of the Local 152 Collective Bargaining Agreement. The purpose of this evaluation system is to: Recognize performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Set expectations (behavior, vital activities, and outcomes) for future performance. Create opportunities for communication between employees and their supervisors. Define areas for potential growth and development for employees. Provide timely feedback to enable employees to better manage their performance. Allow for an individualized and specific performance improvement plan. Recognition, enhanced job performance, the promotion of professional growth and development of employees should result in greater job satisfaction for the employee and for Shaker Heights City School District. The employee self-assessment/goal setting should be conducted and completed by September 30, The final evaluation should be conducted and completed by May 15, 2019 and submitted to the Human Resources Department.
