As a result the objective of having well qualified and experienced partner gets diluted. SAP Training experience for a SAP partner should be minimum 8 to 10 years. RFP clause no 1.2 page no 24, should be read as follows - No Criteria Max mark 1 03 to 04 years years 05 3 Additional each year 01 Maximum mark for this section = 20 mark. 2 Page 7/ PQ4 PQ4: The Bidder should have been associated with at least one Government Organization in India or abroad for training of SAP of the value of at least 100 lakhs as SAP trainer during the last 3 years Single SAP Government training order cannot be more that 100 lakhs, this criteria will be challenging. Since this size of SAP trainings are not very common, this will become a big bottle neck of well-established and experienced companies to qualify for. Suggestion: This if can be amended, which will help several Experience companies like us to bid. RFP clause no 7/PQ4 on page no should be read as The Bidder should have been associated with at least one Government Organization or large corporate in India for training of SAP with value of single training not less than 50 lakhs during the last 3 financial years. i.e. FY , 16-17, Page 12 7/PQ3 PQ-3: Bidder should have average annual turnover of at least 100 lakhs from SAP training services, over the previous 3 financial years. Query: We have been SAP training partner from 2017 and within a year also we have done SAP training's with turn over more than that so in that case three years cap should not be there and it should be open for partners with City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. 3

4 a minimum one year experience. If three years audited balance sheets are required and if asked for our performance in all training work that we have done we can certainly furnish that. 4 Page 7/PQ4 PQ-4: The Bidder should have been associated with at least one Govt. organization in India for training of SAP of the value of at least INR 100 lakhs as SAP trainer during last three years. Query: The SAP training is delivered by SAP certified professionals/ trainers and the course curriculum is already set for the same by SAP so we should be looking at the empaneled experienced trainers that an organization should be able to provide for the training. Also we should be looking at the list of corporates as well as Government organizations that have been trained by an SAP training partner. Replay shall be read same as 2 of this document. 5 Page 7/PQ6 PQ-6: The Company should have SAP certified trainers in the modules of SAP on its payroll. Query: As per our policies we do not have trainers on our payrolls directly but we have trainers with us on retainer basis and that should also be considered equivalent of the precondition. 6 Page 12 7/PQ3 PQ-3: Bidder should have average annual turnover of at least 1.00 Crores from SAP Training Services, over the previous 3 We are a Public Sector Organization thus should be exempted from this clause. 5 7 Page 7/PQ4 financial years as revealed by Audited accounts as on 31st March PQ-4: The Bidder should have been associated with at least one Government organization in India or abroad for Training of SAP of the value of at least 100 Lakhs as SAP Trainer during the last 3 years. We ourselves are a PSU organization and have conducted regular SAP training programs mainly for government organizations since our inception in 2007 Reply shall be read same as 2 of this document. 8 Page a) EMD Online Payment of 1,00,000/- ( One lac only) through Net-Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / NEFT / RTGS at CIDCO e- Tender Portal We are a government organization thus should be exempted from paying EMD for the above job. 9 Page a) RFP Fee Online Payment of INR 5, (including 5% GST) using (Net-banking / Credit Card / Debit Card) at CIDCO e-tender Portal We are a government organization thus should be exempted from paying tender fee for the above job. 10 Page d) etender Service provider Fee The interested Bidders will have to make online payment (using credit card/debit card/net banking/ cash card) of Rs. 1092/- (inclusive of all taxes) per bid per tender to online service provider of e-tendering system at the time of entering online Bid Submission stage of the tender schedule. 6 11 Page Performance Bank Guarantee: A PBG of 10% of the Total Contract Value would be furnished by the successful Bidder as per the format provided in the RFP document from Nationalized Bank. The PBG should be furnished within 15 Business Days from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance and should be valid for period of 180 days over and above the Contract Period. We are a Public Sector Organization thus should be exempted from this clause 12 Page The batch size of Training should not be more than 5 (five) in any case. 9.6 The mode of training shall be Instructor Led Training only. We have checked up with SAP and they confirmed that training in ILT mode will be conducted by SAP themselves for a batch size of minimum 5 candidates in a batch. The modules where CIDCO has less than 5 candidates in a batch (eg. MM, Basis, ABAP, FI & CO ) to nominate for training, the balance candidates will be included for training from other corporate / retail segment with a maximum batch size of 16 candidates in a module. The modules where CIDCO has less than 5 candidates in a batch ( eg. MM, Basis, ABAP, FI & CO) balance candidates may be included for training from other corporate / retail segment. However the batch size of Training should not be more than 5 (five) in any case. Page Payment Schedule& Terms SAP Training shall be imparted to CIDCO officers as per training Schedule finalized mutually by CIDCO and Training Partner. We would also like to add here that we can conduct SAP training only after receipt of course and certification fee in advance from CIDCO since we are required to pay the same to SAP before the beginning of the training. 7 Payment for SAP Training Partner shall be made as per following Schedule. Activity Payment release Criteria 1. Finalization 60 % of the of Training training cost Schedule quoted in Financial bid 2. Completion 40 % of the of Training training cost including Mock Tests quoted in Financial bid 3. Application 100% Certification for SAP cost quoted in Certification Financial bid. (7 days before application date) Payment will be made after deducting TDS/other taxes and applicable, however GST will be paid separately on actuals.
