3 ABOUT UNEOS Universal Networking Empowerment Organization Student (UNEOS) is the Youth organization that aims to provide real movement on education for the realization of global-minded character, strengthening of relational, expressive abilities, and International opportunities. UNEOS aims to give young students the opportunity to discover a new side of themselves, an interest in International Affairs and organization in particular. We want to see that students are able to change things, strengthen their capacities and ability to express themselves. We want students to discover that all the difficulties, all the topic to discuss and that we are concerned today, can be resolved in environment of respect and mutual understanding. 4 THE BACKGROUND UNEOS MALAYSIA is an annual UNEOS program in association with universities and industries in Malaysia. The program offers a distinctive prospect to discuss about major international issues such as global economic issues by exhibiting an international conference Entrepreneurs and Sustainable Economic Growth for Developing Countries Opportunities and Challenges. Furthermore, the program also presents various international excursions to give international experiences and to extend the economic knowledge of youth and an interesting culture excursion for those who care about preserving the culture to face the global market challenges. Ideas and insights will be wasted away if they are not communicated. As a result, one requires a particular kind of platforms to articulate their judgements, especially about the inclusive subject of global economic issues. Entrepreneurship is gradually known as performing an important role in economic growth and poverty improvement, and the promptly rising markets of developing countries are often depicted as booming with vacant opportunities for entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs in developing countries are, however, often confronted with a range of challenges related to difficult business environments with many institutional cavities, resource limitations, and widespread poverty. While such challenges often act as barriers to business start-up and growth, resource shortage, and uncertain institutional circumstances may also create opportunities for entrepreneurship. Accordingly, new forms of entrepreneurship, which seek to bring solutions to poverty, environmental degradation, and institutional voids, are gaining salience. While such initiatives are diverse and span for-profit, non-profit and hybrid organizations, a common element is that they employ business principles to generate social, environmental and/or institutional change. The program includes these learning activities MALAYSIAN CULTURE EXCURSION Studying the history of Malaysia, its citizens, customs, society, and culture CONFERENCE PROGRAM INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE OPEN MIND AND EMPOWER Speech from expert regarding the strategy of global economy challenges, technology and culture facing the global market challenges. Delegates will interact with many people abroad vary in background and experience their ability in many interesting ways. Experiencing the program will open your mind and give you a spirit to empower others for a brighter future.

5 MISSION UNEOS MALAYSIA 2018 is created for those who yearn for improving understanding the global economic issues as well as undergoing the culture excursion from the first hand at once. The objectives of the program GLOBAL ECONOMY INSIGHT Learning global economy insights and extending comprehension on the topic of the innovation technology and human resource management to improve the economic growth. CROSS CULTURE ERUDITION Experiencing the culture of Malaysia by visiting the country and getting in touch with the locals. INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE Having a chance to expose oneself through the program and to get international exposure. CURRICULUM All participants are necessary to conduct the tasks along these lines GLOBAL ECONOMY INSIGHTDelegates may prepare a presentation individually or in a group (maximum 3 person) regarding to the global economic issues in accordance with the theme (optional). The best candidate will be scheduled to present the presentation at the conference. CROSS CULTURE ERUDITION Delegates will learn Malaysian culture directly form the natives by observing several districts in Kuala Lumpur including citizens, customs, activities, and the like as well as having a chance to interact with the locals by interacting to the citizens directly. Feeling the atmosphere and immerse with the society will become a great challenge not to miss out. Delegates may also introduce or perform Indonesian culture in this program. INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE All delegates will have a chance to speak up their minds and to get the international exposure through the conference and excursion.

Discover more about the Malaysians, their customs, the city, the society, and the activities at the city by visiting those sites in Malaysia. Make a journal of your research group observation and submit it by the end of the program.
