SN. Name of Post & Pay 1. Business Development Officer (MDP) Monthly Honorarium Rs. 60,000 to 80,000/- (all inclusive) Age: 50 yrs and below (Contract period-three years) 2. Assistant Systems Analyst. Monthly Honorarium Rs. 45,000 50,000/- (all inclusive) Age: 45 yrs & below (Contract period-two years) No. Qualifications & Experience of Post 1 Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing, preferably from A premier institute. Candidate should have more than six years experience in the below mentioned activity area. Familiarity with marketing services in education and/or consulting is desirable. Candidate s Profile: Sales professional, experience in institutional sales, business development, handling customer data base for lead generation and sales, and related activities. Candidates are expected to be high on enthusiasm and must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. Job Details : Managing business development and relationships with organizations in the corporate and other sectors. Ensuring participation across all types of executive education programs, projects and other institutional activities. The person would report to the Chairperson (MDP) and will have targets related to different programs across the two campuses. Specifically the role involves :- Contacting and developing relations with potential clients via or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Continuous follow up with customers and building & retaining client relationships. Pitching various long-term and short term training programmes being currently offered by IIML MDP at both Lucknow and Noida campuses. Should be willing to travel to meet potential clients across the country. 1 Qualifications: The applicant should be possessing B.Sc (Computer Science / Information Technology), B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) or MCA. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in the following areas:- 1. PeopleSoft Techno - functional in Campus - Global Payroll/Absence People Tools, Application Engine, Component Interface, integration Broker, XML Publisher report, SQR, PeopleSoft Query. Knowledge in SQL. Designing and troubleshooting existing bolt-ons (bespoke solutions) As a functional consultant (configuration, design, fit gap analysis, testing, trouble shooting) in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions: Student Administration, Grade Book, Student Self Service and Student Financial (good-to-have) Hands on experience in maintenance of PeopleSoft application with a domestic Indian client. Experience as a Global Payroll functional consultant in configuring earnings and deductions elements, pay-group determination, pay calendar run and finalization, off cycle pay roll and trouble shooting.

Experienced in PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, EXML publisher report, SQR, PeopleSoft Query. Knowledge in SQL. Experienced in designing and troubleshooting existing bolt-ons (bespoke solutions). Experienced as a functional consultant in configuring, testing and troubleshooting for the following modules: Acounts Payble (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset, Budget, Inventory, Expense, Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle, Order to Cash. Minimum 2 years of hands-on-experience in maintenance of PeopleSoft application with a domestic Indian client.
