2 DOSY A Group of Companies About us GROUP Dosy Group was established in 2012 as a 100% black-owned company that specialises in a diverse portfolio of services, offering a wide range of professional skills to ensure our clients strategic objectives are met. Throughout our services offerings, we focus on quality, convenience and customer service providing high value consulting expertise for many companies in the areas of recruitment, cleaning services, engineering and projects, and communications. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients. Our core objective is to become a long-term resource and partner for each client while providing cost-effective solutions for their unique business needs. Dosy Group is a fully-accredited B-BBEE organisation with 3 Level Contributor status. This allows our customers to claim 110% of procurement spend for their own B-BBEE score. MEET THE DIRECTORS Dosy Group is made up of three established Directors who have been recognised for their outstanding expertise and knowledge in their respective fields. Neo Mguli Having been in the industry for over ten years, Neo has earned herself the title of BEE Verification Specialist working with big name corporates such as Discovery Health, First National Bank and Alcatel Lucent as well as verification agencies Vericom, Empowerdex and SAB&T before branching out on her own and merging with Dosy Group. To this end, Neo brings her knowledge and experience to this area of the company s work, providing a rich understanding of BEE compliance and its application in various types of business. Palesa Moroeng Palesa holds a BA degree in Media Studies from the University of Witwatersrand. With almost ten years of Communications and Marketing experience behind her name, Palesa has established a firm footing in the industry, having worked for various Public Relations and Marketing Agencies, and corporates as well as being the editor of two publications, namely a soccer magazine and an entrepreneurial business magazine. In addition, she has also shown a growing interest in the Recruitment space. Ramotshere Moroeng Ramotshere holds a National Diploma Engineering: Mechanical at the Tshwane University of Technology as well as a B Tech in Engineering: Mechanical through the same institution. He is also a member of the South African Institute of Mechanical Engineers (SAIMechE). Drawing from 13 years of experience across various industries such as steel, automotive and mining, Ramotshere has gained significant expertise in project management, Six Sigma, steel rope design, engineering design, pumps applications, production planning, material handling, and mechanical and structural drawings. This knowledge and experience combined with a passion for the industry allows him to oversee the Dosy Engineering & Projects division, encompassing everything from general building to electrical engineering works, facilities management and fire prevention and protection systems.
