CCL Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) can dedicate Resourcers to single-clients, both on-site and off-site, for short periods to conduct a specific campaign, or on an ongoing basis. In PSL arrangements, to leverage our specialist expertise, CCL Resourcers work as an extension to Client HR and Internal Recruiters. International SOS & Medical Insurance Mobilisation We have many years of experience in mobilising personnel to all five continents and dealing with visa and work permit applications, medical examinations, police reports, flight reservations and alterations, meet and greet, accommodation and transport arrangements and ensuring that our people have as much information regarding the locations and countries they are mobilising to as possible. Our International SOS comprehensive membership provides medical and security support and assistance and, if required, ISOS Clinic access and emergency medical or security evacuation for CCL s employees and consultants, wherever they are in the world. We also have various Geo Group Medical Insurance Programs provided by International Medical Group Inc (IMG). These provide comprehensive medical insurance benefits which pay for medical expenses if someone falls ill or is injured, and cover medical treatment costs inside or outside the country of assignment for expatriates who are working or temporarily resident overseas. The IMG Geo Programs include medical cover, emergency medical and security evacuation and various other benefits to suit different situations for our people while they are on assignment abroad, on leave or after they are evacuated to a suitable location for treatment. Global Compliance We use our 30 years experience of placing people internationally to ensure that we do so in compliance with all local laws, rules and regulations both new people we identify, and client identified contractors, retirees and annuitants. CCL takes on as much administration, responsibility and liability of the employer as it can, with the client still in direction and control. This includes visas, work permits, personal income taxes and social security, using either CCL s own incountry entities or CCL s long-standing local partners. CCL s clients can be sure they meet their own compliance obligations via CCL. Insurance CCL provides the insurance required by our clients and good business practice. Our main policy provides 25 million worth of Employers Liability, 5 million worth of Public and Products Liability and 250,000 Professional Indemnity cover. If offshore or any additional coverage and special endorsements are required, we can provide that too.
