Identify the 10 easy action steps (Challenge, Rewire, Write out, Stop, Develop, Focus, Create, Seek Reinforcement, Find, and Read) to organize and prioritize your vision to ensure growth in leadership. 2 What does a Compliance Officer do? To practice the art of compliance, you have to understand the business you are in and determine how best to communicate the value of compliance to your stakeholders. The art form is built on the foundation of rules, policies and regulations. Compliance should be integral to program operations and corporate culture.
