5 Management Team Gamal Fathy President: With over 30 years of experience in the Meetings world Gamal is a very well renowned name in the Seven Emirates and Oman. He was the founder and sole owner of a leading DMC from 1993 till 2010 and afterwards the CEO of an International DMC.

6 Management Team Oussama Bou Kamel Managing Director: Born and brought up in Dubai; Oussama has developed a tremendous career record in the Meetings and Hospitality industry across the Seven Emirates and The Sultanate of Oman. With over 18-years of experience in various leading positions and in-depth knowledge Oussama has managed very successfully, for a number of years, a leading DMC in Dubai.

7 Management Team Jay Arora Director: Jay has over 18 years of experience in the Meetings and hospitality industry. Started his Career with the Oberoi hotels in India for 06 years, where after he relocated to Dubai in 2003 to work for the Ritz Carlton and Marriott hotels for another 03 years. From 2006 onwards he has worked in the Meeting Industry within Seven Emirates and played key leading positions in Operations and Sales.

8 Management Team Wael Essid Business Development Manager: Dynamic, multilingual & a creative talent; Wael has 7+ years of experience in both the communication and hospitality industry. He has worked for a high-end resort in Tunisia for 05 years and then decided to relocate to Dubai in 2012 and start his career in the Meetings industry. In these 4 years, Wael has organized and operated various successful Meetings and Incentive in Seven Emirates. With remarkable communication skills and wide experience in Remote Asset Management; he plays a major role within the management team.
