1 1 GRAMIN BANK OF ARYAVART HEAD OFFICE LUCKNOW Website: HO/A&S/VKS/86 DATE TENDER NOTICE Quotation for Glow sign board, retro radium board, flex board and stickers for branches Gramin Bank of Aryavart invites competitive rates for the Glow sign board, retro radium board, flex board and stickers and work of existing Glow sign boards, retro radium boards already installed at the Branches situated in different Regions as detailed below:- S.NO. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Submit your rates in a closed envelope under following terms and conditions:- 1. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all type of charges, transportation, supply, installation and fixing expenses, FOR at the branches.the VAT, SAT, Service tax etc will be inclusive in the quoted rates. 2 Please quote your competitive rate on enclosed formats separately for each set of region on Annexure I, Annexure II, Annexure III, Annexure IV, Annexure V, Annexure VI, separately. Rates of all these six sets may differ. 3 Eech firm has to deposit EMD of Rs by way of Demand draft favouring Gramin Bank of Aryavart and payable at Lucknow. The quotation without EMD will be treated as cancelled, conditional quotation will be treated as cancelled. 4 If it is found that the material used for above mentioned work is not the same as mentioned in quotation then the bank has the right to reject the work and the material. 5. If any type of change is required in the work it should be duly approved by the Chief Manager, administration and services department Head office and the Regional Manager of the region where the branch is located. 6. If the rates quoted by the firm are accepted to the Bank then the required work is to be completed in given time, please note that if the work is not completed in given time then the Bank has the right to impose the penalty at the rate of 5.00% for the period of each 5 days. 7 Rates quoted will be valid upto Bank reserves the right to place the order for any branch separately as and when the requirement arises. 8 After the work is completed it will be duly verified by the Regional manager, as well as the Branch manager. Bills for the work is required to be verified by the Branch manager and recommended by the Regional Manager. 9 Bank will not provide any advance against the work order however payment in full or in parts will be made only after the work completed and verified by the manager and Regional manager. 10 The quotation in a closed envelope must be handed over at Head office positively on or before upto 5.00PM. 11 Please note that merely quoting the lowest rate is not sufficient, bank may allot the work to 2 or more vendors on the lowest quoted rates. Decision in this regard will be taken on the basis of merit, capability and experience etc. 12 The firms are required to submit all the information and details of their firm in enclosed format named as Annexure - A (J.V.PUROHIT) GENERAL MANAGER
