In this regard, the job is technically in charge of the development and support of all National Youth Service and Skills products and services implemented through operations cluster. To contribute to NYDA strategic intent by providing corporate support services that enables the achievement of strategic goals. This entails the provision of research, policy development and monitoring and evaluation services. The Research and Policy Executive Manager is responsible to provide strategic support to the CEO and NYDA in the management of all research and policy related objectives. The incumbent should ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory other related requirements and standards. He/she must maintain good relationship with all key stakeholders. To contribute to NYDA strategic intent by developing and managing economic development and programmes. In this regard, the job is technically in charge of the development and support of all economic development products and services implemented through economic development cluster i.e. enterprise finance; cooperatives development; and business development, products and services. The Senior Manager Labour Relations and Employee Wellness is accountable for managing employee relations policies, processes and systems to promote good labour relations principles and maintain excellent relationship between management and employees. The Senior Manager Labour Relations and Employee Wellness will also be accountable for developing and implementing employee wellness, quality of life, gender and occupational Health and Safety (OHS) framework and strategies to promote and maintain a well-balanced lifestyle for NYDA employees To manage the legal process within NYDA and in particular contractual matters with clients on both grant making matters and loan and equity funded transactions. The person will be required to manage legal staff and ensure that approved transactions are correctly translated into legal agreements. Regulatory compliance is further responsibility of the General Manager: Legal Services in ensuring that NYDA wide complies with the various acts of law and Corporate Governance requirements. Gathering, analysis and reporting of data in order to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of NYDA programmes and products. Is responsible for the overall development, implementation and review &analysis of the policy and legislative requirements and procedures to improve the policy and legislative environment that supports youth development in the country. The Manager Recruitment Services is responsible for managing the full recruitment function within the organization. To scope, plan, implement and monitor youth development projects conceptualised under the National Youth Service Model To manage the work of NYDA s Centre for Youth Practice (CYDP) by ensuring the design and delivery of various events: conference, workshops, seminars and forums aimed at Professionalising the youth development sector. The focus of work is on ensuring quality capacity building interventions for youth development practitioners within the sector and creating space and opportunities for sharing and learning through various methodologies. To ensure the successful implementation of skills development initiatives nationally. The Programme Manager will scope, plan, implement and monitor identified skills development initiatives inclusive of Project, Scholarships, Bursaries, etc. In addition, he/she will monitor associated budget, allocate project resources, motivate and manage project team members.
