They have mentioned that they need to continue using ( ) = 1,229 nos. of equipments to deliver on their commitment to their customers with regards to R&D, testing, critical/regular maintenance support activities and to delivering resolutions and work around to issues and support in maintaining the stability of their networks with very stringent Service Level Assurance(SLA) clauses. The matter was discussed in the 90 th meeting held on 20 th and 21 st August, 2018 and the Committee recommended to call the applicant for explanation/presentation.
