Positioning: This application will be having simple, delightful and a great user experience and will be enabling the Managers to monitor all his/her employees end to end information in one place by bringing in the useful information in the context of Project Management from various systems like Performance Management, Learning Management, Leave Request Processing etc. and enable the Managers to perform tasks like assigning an employee to a, if the employee needs to be trained assigning an employee to a training, monitoring the skills, certifications, achievements, performance and leaves of employees before assigning a to him/her in an easy way.
