BIO-DATA Form (duly filled in). Blank Bio-Data Form is available on NFL's website and can be downloaded by following steps: in RFCL-->Recruitment of Management Trainees in Technical Disciplines >BIO-DATA FORM. 2. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation). 3. Educational Qualification Certificates and Marksheets (Matriculation and onwards) 4. 'No Objection Certificate' from their present employer (in case, presently employed in any Govt. Department/Autonomous Body/Govt. Undertaking/Institution and their application has not been forwarded through proper channel). 5. Latest Caste/PwBD (Divyang) Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable. 6. GATE-2016 Score Card. 7. ID proof (viz. Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, Election Photo Identity Card etc.). It may please be noted that, in case, any of the particulars furnished by candidates in their applications, under reference, are found to be incorrect/not meeting the requisite specifications or not supported by requisite documents, their candidature would be liable to be rejected forthwith and they will not be allowed to appear for the interview and no TA will be paid. They may further note that it is the responsibility of the candidates to satisfy themselves before appearing for the interview that they meet all the specifications strictly as per advertisement for the post applied for. They may also note that they will have the option to answer the questions in personal interview in Rajbhasha (Hindi) or English Language. Single 2 nd AC Class Rail (Mail/Express trains, excluding Rajdhani/Duronto/Shatabdi)/bus fare or the class in which they have actually travelled (whichever is lower) from the nearest railway station of the correspondence address to the place of interview i.e. Noida and back by the shortest route will be admissible to candidates on production of necessary receipts for attending the interview. Candidates are requested to provide their Bank details (viz. A/c No, Name of Bank, IFSC Code etc.) in the TA Form at the time of document verification stage on the above-mentioned date. Kindly note that no request for change in date, time & venue of interview would be entertained. It is reiterated that candidates are being called for personal interview provisionally presuming that they meet the following eligibility criteria & possess all the documents, in original, in support of their candidature and in case, it is detected that they don t not meet the eligibility criteria in terms of age, qualification and marks as mentioned in the advertisement or fail to produce original documents at document verification stage on the above-mentioned date, time & venue (or at any subsequent stage), they will not be allowed to appear in the interview and no TA shall be paid to them. It should be noted as per Clause No. H.5 of Advertisement, no claim of possession of a qualification equivalent to the advertised qualification shall be entertained. Candidates are, therefore, advised to make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria as per the advertisement and bring with themselves all the relevant documents including No Objection Certificate or Caste/Divyang certificate, if applicable, issued in the prescribed format, in original, failing which they may choose not to attend the interview.
