2 Under the 2018 theme of Payments at the Speed of Change, we are pleased to present this prospectus seeking participation, support and sponsorships for the seventh annual Women in Payments symposium in Toronto. The symposium offers unparalleled content and networking opportunities, tailored to women working in senior and executive roles across payments, fintech, and treasury. 2 Planned for late September 26-27, 2018, the symposium provides a full day opportunity for senior women and rising stars working across payments and fintech to gain valuable insights in this industry. Enabling women to learn, connect, and network with others across the payments market, the objectives of the symposium are to facilitate: CONTENT Delivery of focused content around current trends and evolving issues across payments and fintech. CAREER Create opportunities for women in the payments market to network and explore avenues for career development. COMMUNITY Celebrate and encourage the wide range of women leaders, innovators, and rising stars across the industry, providing opportunities to inspire and share career journeys. The symposium offers a full-day agenda including a leading woman industry keynote speaker, industry-specific break-out sessions, plus a motivational speaker from outside the industry. The day concludes with a networking reception. As facilitator, Women in Payments will manage the following: EVENT MARKETING & PROMOTION Manage marketing and promotion of event to stakeholders across the payments ecosystem. VENUE Secure and manage a suitable venue to host the event. AGENDA & SPEAKERS Develop and manage agenda and source speakers with input from a senior level advisory board. REGISTRATION & COMMUNICATION Coordinate registration of attendees and communications with speakers, sponsors, and attendees.

6 PROGRAMME The day s program will provide compelling content around this year s theme of Payments at the Speed of Change in three streams: one focusing on payments apps and customer experience, the second to focus on technology and infrastructure, and a third stream which will focus on leadership and career strategies for women payments professionals. WOMEN IN PAYMENTS AWARDS PROGRAM Through our awards program, we present awards to honour women payments professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation and promise. 9 TYPE PLATINUM DETAILS The premier sponsorship level, demonstrating unwavering commitment to professional growth, education, and diversity across the payments industry; cost is $23,000, and only one platinum sponsor will be accepted. AWARDS The awards sponsor will enjoy a positive brand recognition as a leader in supporting and showcasing the achievements of women in the payments industry. The cost for awards sponsorship is $18,000, and only one awards sponsorship is on offer. KEYNOTE The keynote sponsorship will highlight a sponsor s industry vision and leadership, while confirming the organization s commitment to education for women across the payments ecosystem. The cost is $17,000, and only one keynote sponsorship is being offered. GOLD The Gold sponsorship is for organizations with a clear focus on promoting education and advancement of women in financial services; cost is $17,000, and a maximum of three gold sponsors will be offered. UNICORN CHALLENGE The Unicorn Challenge sponsorship offers the opportunity to align with innovation in fintech and support of startup businesses within the payments ecosystem. Also include the opportunity to be a judge and have signage at the challenge. The Unicorn Challenge sponsorship rate is $17, AWARDS DINNER COCKTAIL LUNCH The Awards Dinner Cocktail sponsorship offers high visibility to an organization wishing to target payments industry leaders and award winners at an exclusive pre-event function. The Awards Dinner Cocktail precedes the Awards Dinner, where WiP award winners are recognized and celebrated. Awards Dinner Cocktail sponsorship is $15,000. Luncheon sponsorship offers the opportunity for high visibility at the luncheon event, with opportunity to provide introductory remarks for the luncheon speaker and signage at the luncheon. The luncheon sponsorship rate is $16,000. CLOSING COCKTAIL Closing Cocktail sponsorship offers the opportunity for high visibility at the closing networking cocktail event, with opportunity to provide welcoming remarks and signage at the closing cocktail session. The cocktail sponsorship rate is $14,000. BREAKFAST The Breakfast sponsorship highlights a sponsors clear leadership and interest to promote payments and diversity in the Canadian market. The breakfast sponsorship rate is $14,000. Only one breakfast sponsor will be allowed. SILVER Silver level sponsorship allows organizations to demonstrate leadership and commitment to professional growth for women in payments and financial services. Silver sponsorships are priced at $12,500, and only six will be offered. BRONZE Bronze sponsorship gives organizations positive visibility in promoting professional growth and education for women in payments and financial services; cost is $8,000, and there is no limit on the number of bronze sponsors. CUSTOM SPONSORSHIPS Have an idea for a custom sponsorship activation? We are happy to discuss alternative ideas to bring your brand to life on-site at the symposium. 13 ABOUT THE FOUNDER KRISTY DUNCAN 13 In 2012, Kristy Duncan founded Women in Payments a global initiative that facilitates learning, networking, and career development for women across the fintech and payments verticals. Women in Payments conferences, awards and mentorship programs are now run in Canada, the US, and Australia/New Zealand, and will launch in the UK in She is an advisor to FI.SPAN, a fintech offering banks a multi-api integration platform for corporate clients, and is on the board of directors for Digital Retail Apps, a fintech that delivers digital in-store shopping solutions. As a leading specialist in payments and cash management, Kristy has a strong background in research and strategy development for new industry initiatives. She speaks frequently on global payment trends and diversity issues, and is on the board of directors of a number of fintechs. In 2015, Kristy was included in the global FemTech Leaders 1000 list. She has also been awarded with the Digital Finance Institute s 2015 Fintech Advisor of the Year Award. Working as a management consultant since 1998, Kristy spearheads product strategy and positioning projects, uniquely focused on the payments industry. Her expertise spans commercial and consumer payments, including card services. She combines qualitative research, analysis, and her in-depth experience of the global payments market to articulate payments trends, issues, and client perspectives, and develop product and sales strategies for leaders in the payments ecosystem. Kristy has been a leader in building new payments infrastructures across North America. Her leadership positions include chairperson of both NACHA s Cross Border Council (now called the Global Payments Forum), and CPA s EDI Support Group. She maintains a global network of contacts in the industry, and is current on key emerging issues in the field. Prior to her consulting career, Kristy worked for 13 years at Toronto-Dominion Bank, in various senior management positions in Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Treasury, Finance and Operations. She is a graduate of the Industrial Engineering program at the University of Toronto, and is a registered Professional Engineer. She holds the permanent Certified Cash Manager certification. Before re-locating to Asia in 2014, Kristy chaired the board of the Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre, and was an active member of the board of Treasury Management Association of Canada (TMAC- Toronto). She is former Chair of Program Committee on the board of the Association of Financial Professionals Canada- Ottawa. Kristy was the founder of WEMS (Women Engineers Mentoring Students), a mentoring program for women engineering students at the University of Toronto, for which she received U of T s Arbor Award.

18 WOMEN IN PAYMENTS AWARDS 18 Women in Payments is a strong advocate of career excellence for women in the payments industry. We recognize the importance of leadership and innovation in building both strong organizations, and a world-class payments system. The Women in Payments Awards honour women who demonstrate a keen ability to inspire and motivate excellence, leadership, creativity in others. These women freely share their knowledge and expertise to enable and empower others, and have positively influenced the financial community by encouraging diversity, learning, and professional excellence. In 2017, seven Women in Payments awards were presented: Women in Payments Award for Innovation, Women in Payments Distinguished Payments Professional Award, Advocate for Women Award, Thought Leader Award and three Women in Payments Rising Star Awards. Award winners for 2018 will be selected by the 2018 Awards Committee. The winners of the Women in Payments Awards will be honoured at the Women in Payments Awards Dinner in Toronto in September.

22 WOMEN IN PAYMENTS RISING STAR AWARD ELEGIBILITY Up to three Rising Star Award(s) will be awarded to women under the age of 40 (as at January 1, 2016), who have demonstrated leadership and professional excellence in the payments industry, and are currently employed in Canada. Multiple or self-nominations are permitted. CRITERIA The Women in Payments Rising Star Award pays tribute to talented woman payments professionals, 40 years of age or younger, who best meet the following criteria: INNOVATION MENTORSHIP INTEGRITY & DIVERSITY 22 Has combined professional excellence with a demonstrated commitment to motivating others to make a positive impact in the payments industry Is actively involved to promote the payments community within her organization and/ or the payments industry at large Is widely recognized for her abilities and actively works to motivate and empower others Leads by example and freely shares knowledge with peers, clients, and/or stakeholders Actively promotes her organization and/or the payments industry as a career opportunity Has high integrity and sets high professional standards for ethics and quality of work Has contributed to a positive and supportive learning environment by encouraging diversity of people and opinions Has demonstrated leadership, vision, maturity and perseverance in her career
