The company deals with business consultancy services in the East Africa region. Our consulting focuses on three main key areas; Quality Management System consultancy, Organizational Management Consultancy and Marketing and Business set-up consultancy. 9 Our Management team The company s organization structure is the traditional pyramid type of organization wherein authority flows down from board level to company staffs. Important company decisions are resolved at Board level company Directors headed by a Chairperson, and information passed on throughout the organization. Key personnel Mr. David T. Lutabana (Quality Management, Planning & Investment Consultant) Managing Director He is the Managing Director of the company. He is qualified as a pharmacist and finance analyst with more than thirteen years in the business industry. Mr. Lutabana holds a degree in pharmacy from the University of Dar es Salaam (TZ), MBA (USA) and MSc. in Finance and Controlling from SMC University (Switzerland). He has attended various courses including ISO Standards in Quality Managements, Selling and Sales techniques, Management and Leadership, and Training facilitation courses. He has worked as a manager for various companies including Southern Highland Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaderm pharmaceuticals and Pyramid Pharma Ltd. He is also, working as ISO Standards implementing consultant and an Auditor. His expertise and experience concentrates on Quality Management System implementations, organizational change and restructuring, business planning and start ups, economic and financial management, international trading, operations management, strategic marketing, corporate valuation and investment analysis, stock management and supply chain management, portfolio management, pharmaceuticals management and training facilitations.
