15 BUSINESS ADVOCACY Finally, but most importantly, as Queensland s peak body for business we re here to ensure your voice is heard. We believe in helping businesses, especially small and medium enterprises, get their point of view out and get the results they deserve. Our advocacy team works hard to understand what Queensland businesses want and how they can get there. We re committed to representing our members, collectively and individually, and we do whatever we possibly can to influence government policy and keep public debate focused on your best interests. Some of our most valuable achievements have come from members raising concerns at a roundtable, through a survey or directly with a member of our team. We work for all Queensland businesses, but just that little bit harder for our members. 15
