1 About Ag Growth International Ag Growth International (AGI) is a leading manufacturer of portable and stationary grain handling, storage and conditioning equipment, including augers, belt conveyors, storage bins, handling accessories and aeration equipment. AGI has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Finland. AGI was established in 1996, and launched an Initial Public Offering in May AGI has pursued a strategy of organic growth complemented by strategic acquisitions to become the preferred supplier of high-quality grain handling equipment and related products for both dealers and farmers.

5 About the Position In response to significant corporate growth, the role of Vice President, Human Resources is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate, who will provide strategic human resources vision and leadership to support the existing and future growth of the company headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and offering global services throughout international markets.

6 Reporting to the CEO, the new Vice President, Human Resources will champion the organization and lead the creation and implementation of human resource strategies and best practices that enable AGI to attract, develop, and retain the talented, engaged, and motivated people needed to support the company s global growth. Key Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities Develops and implements the HR Strategy and works with the Senior Leadership Team to continually align HR programs to support the company s business strategies Provides leadership in the development of onboarding strategies for new hires and acquisitions both nationally and internationally. Ensures proactive planning and effective execution of succession planning and training and development with defined metrics for measuring the effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance Provides leadership and subject matter expertise in the areas of organizational design and development, employee relations, risk management, workforce metrics and reporting

7 Duties & Responsibilities (Cont d) Oversees the health benefits and insurance plan design, the defined benefits pension plan management, and retirement savings plan design Develops the HR and operational authority matrix and organizational charts as required to match business strategies Develops and implements effective training strategies to ensure that all management and staff possess the required skills to achieve the performance and operational objectives of the organization Talent acquisition, retention, performance management, talent management, employee relations, compensation/benefits, rewards and recognition

10 Master s degree in a related discipline, preferred 10 years of experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility in a complex, matrixed, international environment Prior experience in acquisition analysis and support Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred CHRP designation is an asset Education & Experience
