Rockefeller incorporates the Standard Oil Company in Ohio The Pennsylvania Railroad acquires Buckeye Pipe Line Clearfield Energy acquires Ohio Oil Gathering Assets from Buckeye Pipe Line Company Crosstex Energy acquires Clearfield Energy and its subsidiaries Buckeye Pipe Line Company is incorporated as a subsidiary of the Standard Oil Company Buckeye Pipe Line gathering operations are spun off into Ohio Oil Gathering Clearfield Energy acquires Eureka Pipeline assets in West Virginia from Pennzoil, and forms West Virginia Oil Gathering Crosstex Energy and Devon Energy combine their midstream assets to form EnLink Midstream 5
