2 01 Message From The CEO A year of Rebranding, Reenergizing and Reinventing Fiscal year 2014 was a year of great progress and forward momentum for Anthelio. We began the year with a goal of rebranding, reenergizing, and reinventing Anthelio as a company laser focused on meeting the needs of the healthcare market with innovative technology solutions that deliver sustainable value. Throughout the year, we worked diligently to build a strong foundation in many operational areas to strategically position us for future success. Excellent customer service remains a primary focus, as satisfied customers are the lifeblood of our company. We strive to develop strong bonds with our customers by proactively anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. To that end, we launched a comprehensive service initiative this year dedicated to taking service excellence to a higher level of performance. A key component to driving value involves having skilled and knowledgeable employees on staff. We devoted much time and energy to various employee initiatives this year to identify skill gaps and provide learning and advancement opportunities while building a culture of engagement. These critical human resource activities help ensure Anthelio is organized and prepared for future growth and success. Our Vision To be the recognized leader in technology and services that drive high value for healthcare organizations by solving complex clinical and business problems while delivering high quality and efficient patient care. Our Focus We focus exclusively on the healthcare domain and have deep clinical expertise within all levels of the organization. We are committed to enriching our healthcare operational knowledge and expertise with the right investments in technology, processes, and people. Overall, our accomplishments exceeded expectations. We closed the fiscal year in a solid financial position, and we made considerable progress towards our goal of creating a new reenergized Anthelio. Many of the ambitious operational goals we set forth at the beginning of the year were realized, providing us a strong foundation for continued growth and progress. We are thankful for the many valued customers, new and ongoing, who selected us as their trusted business partner during this past year, and for our dedicated and talented employees who made our growth and success possible. 4 03 Driving Sustainable Value Through The Voice Of Our Customers Customer survey results are at an all-time 3 year high! Over 60% of our senior management level clients responded positively when asked if they would recommend Anthelio to colleagues and our satisfaction scores increased by over 10 percentage points. Going from good to great! Our increased customer scores have been highly influenced by many of our end-to-end solutions created this year. Technology Adoption - Through data integration and digitization, Anthelio helped customers assess, review, and improve their systems, ensuring and supporting timely delivery of quality care and helping organizations deliver long-term standardized solutions that fuel growth and cost efficiencies. Cost Management - Anthelio helped lower operating costs for its customers while increasing quality and effectiveness of their non-core functions. Business Process Re-Engineering - Anthelio re-engineered existing processes to help derive information and develop efficiencies. We also performed gap assessments and created a framework for continuous improvement for many of our clients. Managing Regulations - Using industry best practices and Anthelio s proven implementation and optimization methodology, we engineered a path for successful implementation and transition towards Meaningful Use compliance for EHR, as well as compliance with the required transition to ICD-10. Improved Decision Making - Our newly launched data analytics tools and technology solutions have shown a positive impact in performance and outcomes. When Comanche County Memorial Hospital decided that it was time to make a change in our Information Technology staffing, we conducted a national search. From the beginning, Anthelio was engaged and active with CCMH providing timely data and information. Many of their competitors failed to do the same and if they are willing to take the time when trying to land a contract, how will they treat us when they do? The combination of pricing and services made Anthelio stand out and the selection process a lot easier to determine. 7 06 Growth Through Mergers And Acquisitions We acquired industry leading products Engage & Patient PULSE With the advances in consumer technology, a new era of healthcare consumerism has emerged. According to an October 2013 article in Digital Journal, the global mobile health solutions market will grow at a CAGR of 42.4% over the period of due to increased adoption of tablets and smartphones. In 2014, Anthelio acquired Patient PULSE and Engage - two state-of-the-art patient engagement applications from The Garage Inc., a leading health innovation startup company. This acquisition positions Anthelio to continue leading the industry in the development of innovative engagement solutions as well as keep pace with market trends in order to advance growth and address our customers needs. TM Educate. Entertain. Engage. Engage is a cutting-edge information hub that centrally brings all stakeholders - Patients, Providers and Payers on a mobile platform. Engage provides a new mobile experience and creates a social networking opportunity for patients to manage their comprehensive healthcare. Patient PULSE achieved full Meaningful Use certification in This game changing, one-of-a-kind patient portal framework is designed to engage the patient across the continuum of care. Patient PULSE delivers a suite of interactive applications that automates connections and transactions between patients and providers, giving the much desired self-service experience. Engage and Patient PULSE were showcased at the 2014 Annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition and are penetrating the market at a rapid pace. Engage is a first of its kind. 8 Diversifying Our Product Offerings - Analytics and Informatics In February 2014, we launched a new division Health Analytics and Informatics (HAI) Division. Acquiring all the analytics tools, applications and underlying technology of HealthMatrix IT, LLC (HMIT), we positioned the company to expand our offerings for the clinical, financial and operational data needs of the healthcare industry. The industry s ability to gather and store electronic health information has outpaced its ability to analyze and use that information. Data is a valuable asset for every healthcare provider, and strategic mining of data is essential when leveraging financial, patient and operational performance. Consequently, Anthelio is responding to market needs by providing comprehensive analytic solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers through our new division - Health Analytics and Informatics (HAI). Within 4 Months, Anthelio s HAI Division Launched CodeGenie A Physician Documentation Feedback Solution and Revenue Cycle Analytics Engine CODE enie CodeGenie, which was showcased at the 2014 AHIMA Conference, is generating interest in the market. Addressing regulatory mandates is at the forefront of Anthelio s growth strategy. CodeGenie addresses those mandates by helping providers achieve ICD-10 readiness as well as allowing for physician review and collaboration in real time resulting in improved clinical documentation. Integrating CodeGenie with Anthelio s Clinical Documentation Improvement and Audit services creates a product offering which positions Anthelio to compete in the revenue cycle optimization market. In less than 6 months, CodeGenie was implemented in four hospitals users were accessing the system 1,758 physicians received feedback ,226 specific feedbacks were provided 694 opportunities for more specific clinical documentation were identified Our new HAI products and services also include Meaningful Use Reporting, Scalable Analytics Platform, and Analytics Consulting Solutions.
