Introduction of LASER LAND LEVELER

TESTED AND CERTIFIED INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. An ISO 9001:2008 Certified Co. NSIC-CRISIL Rating SE2B Subsidy Approved by Agriculture Departments. Tested by Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana (Pb.) (First and only tested laser land leveler )

Uses of Laser Land Leveler Uneven land requires more water and more time to irrigate field completely. Laser Land Leveller makes the land plain and water reaches to every corner of the field. Levelling of land in a perfect manner means maximum use of water, improvement in Maximum crop production in lesser irrigation time and ultimately less investment and more gains.

Description of All Components

Model MAX Buckets: Standard Mast MAX- DT-Standard MAX- DT-Standard MAX- ST-Standard

Model MAX Buckets: Power Mast Gear Mast MAX- DT- PM MAX- DT- GM

Models Description Tyres DT = Pair of tyres ST = Single tyres Mast Type Standard = The operator have to go near the mast to operate it up or down. GM = Gear type Mast, a gear box is fitted on the top of mast and its lever is provided near the operator (seated at tractor). It can be operated without leaving the tractor seat. PM = Electric Motor Mast, one 12 volt DC motor is fitted inside the mast and the operator can operate the mast up or down by using the button from control box by sitting on the tractor.

Model STAR Bucket Much heavy structure with blade bucket up down moving system instead of rear tyres up down movement (as in MAX bucket). The tractor can run faster as compare to MAX Bucket with perfect balance. Power mast is fitted on it.

MATAHRU Blade Controllers Rotary Laser Receiver Control Box Complete Kit

MATAHRU Blade Controllers Descriptions: AG11 Rotary laser is specially manufactured for levelling the agriculture land. Its performance is Highly accurate even in long time continues use in tough conditions. Visible red laser light reaches at every corner of the field without any interruption. The LR 250 laser receiver is a rugged, multipurpose and easy to use apparatus. Four sets of photocell sensors are spaced at 90 to allow 360 Reception. It detects laser light generated by almost all rotary laser transmitter even if the laser is visible or invisible. This receiver is designed specially to control leveller blade. It communicate the position of laser beam to hydraulic valve through Control box CB 104. It has 3 types of dead band setting to meet he job site requirement. CB 104 control box is used to transfer the signal received from laser Receiver LR 250 to Hydraulic valve. The 5 channel LED display shows the position of laser beam at Laser Receiver. It has two modes auto and manual. In auto mode it control the valve automatically but in manual it only shows the position of laser on display and does not give signal to the valve. The up down button allows to raise or down the blade as per requirement manually. The control box mount in cabin of tractor and connected with cables to laser receiver, hydraulic valve and battery power.

The function of laser land leveler The function of laser guided land leveler is to level the uneven land. The laser Transmitter emits laser beam in horizontal position and rotate O in 360 and this laser beam is automatically water leveled by the level Sensors fitted inside the laser. It has 3 types of dead band setting to meet the job site requirement. Suppose if the land is high then the drag bucket increases its height. Resulting the laser beam coming on receiver changes from center to lower side of receiver. After this position receiver sends signal to valve to go down and drag bucket goes down until the receiver reaches at center

So the bucket blade pierces in the soil and collects the soil from the higher area and when the bucket goes to lower area, the receiver sends command to valve to lift up the bucket. Resulting the collected soil falling at the lower area. This process continues until the farm land is not leveled and the bucket will stop collecting soil from higher area to the lower area. When this process is completed the Control Box will show continuous green light and up down arrow will not glow regularly. It means the land is leveled.
