Where n such transactins have been made, the RTP has n reprting requirement under EVAP. This is the date by which the EVAP declaratin shuld be submitted t Petrinex. This declaratin is required frm any Business Assciate that has reprted their Business Assciate ID r a related Business Assciate ID as the purchaser f their il n a pipeline split during the previus calendar year. These reprting situatins are created whenever a Business Assciate: blends r streams their raw crude il prir t selling fr the first time at arm s length; sells their raw crude il dwnstream f a terminal r pipeline fr the first time at arm s length; r enters int a buy/sell agreement with a single shipper pipeline in rder t sell their il at r dwnstream f the pipeline utlet.
