3 History Arthur Joseph Ziegler founded the company, headquarters in Brussels Expansion of activities at Antwerp, Belgium First focus on import and export Second generation Arthur Ziegler joined the company. Ziegler was appointed as main transporter for the 1958 Brussels World's Fair. Further expansion into Benelux, France, UK and Switzerland Ziegler becomes Market Leader in Belgium in it s transportation services Strong growth on new local markets and more diversification on it s products AIR, SEA and LOGISTICS As of 2015 Diane Govaerts, 4th Generation, entered the company as CEO. Together with Alain Ziegler, President of the Ziegler group, a new foundation for the future is born. As of 2018, Ziegler celebrates it s 110 years of history! s
