2 Overview Great Plains Industrial Park is southeast Calgary s newest, state-of-the-art industrial campus. The development consists of three buildings totaling 1.1 million square feet. Each building has been registered to be LEED certified. Amenities and features will include clearance heights up to 32 feet, ESFR sprinklers, T5 lighting, additional trailer storage and much more.
