5 User Story Cargo Shipment Management Shipment Process Requirements Each shipment corresponds to one tour that the driver has to make. A tour consists of more locations. On the beginning of the tour all of the cargo load will be loaded on the vehicle. On each locations an activity takes place. There are 4 possible activities: Loading, Unloading, Undeliverable goods and Refusal of goods. The data in the shipment document will be updated according to the process flow. The result of the progress of the process can be seen in the Tour-status attribute. If the goods are successfully delivered a proof of delivery (a signature) is needed and in case of an accident on the way it should be documented with a photo SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company.
