3 3 OUR HISTORY:. 09/2009 Petrovietnam (PVN) Vetting policy introduced and Assigned PV EIC performing on behalf of PVN.. 18/11/ PVN was approved as a full member by Ocimf.. 05/2015: 1 ST Sire ins report issued.. 10/2015: PVN was approved as OVID submitter by Ocimf.

We have got: + 07 terminal inspectors (All were marine masters & completed an official training course conducted by OCIMF) terminal inspectors being collaborators collaborators at S pore, Malaysia, Hongkong, Korea, India were all Ocimf accredited Sire inspectors accredited ovid inspectors.

6 6 Who we are Assisted by a team of dedicated and experienced consultants, all of whom are Master Mariners or First Class Engineers (Chief Engineers), holding accreditations issued under the SIRE and CDI or OVID programmes. Our team is a perfect blend of Vetting, Audit, TMSA expertise, including practical experience of SIRE/OVID inspections and TMSA audits from an Oil Major perspective. Our consultants are kept updated with the latest industry requirements through a continuous information dissemination process, regular refresher courses and periodic audits of their inspection procedures.

17 17 PROCESS OF MONITORING QUALITY OF VETTING SERVICES We at PV EIC vetting dept SERVICES are committed to providing the highest quality services to our client by: 1. Consistently meeting or exceeding the client's expectations for service quality and performance. 2. Timely delivery of services to meet the client's requirements. 3. Continuous improvement of our processes and systems. 4. Ensuring our personnel are adequately trained, to be able to better serve our clients. 5. Paying special attention to Oil Majors requirements in addition to SIRE/OVID.

18 18 PROCESS OF MONITORING QUALITY OF VETTING SERVICES Preparation and Control of Assignment Reports + After completion of inspection, Surveyor prepares the draft prelim report and passes to PV EIC vetting dept. + The report is reviewed by Managers and/or other vetting inspectors for review. + The reviewed report is sent back to inspector along with the required corrections. + The inspector corrects the report and upload on OCIMF website.

19 19 PROCESS OF MONITORING QUALITY OF VETTING SERVICES Review Process All vetting reports are reviewed for following: + Spelling / Grammar Errors + Errors in Vessel's Information + Inputs in Wrong Sections + Errors in Additional Comments + Errors in Observations + Wrong Observations
