6 NOTES Container & Cargo Storage charges are reckoned on per day basis. Description Cargo Storage charges are reckoned from the date of carting or de-stuffing to the date of stuffing or loading both days inclusive Additional charges will be levied for cargo requiring special services like dunnage, lashing, materials, etc. In case of repositioning of Empty Container for Exports shifting for other CFS/Empty Park,CHA/Shipper has to pay lift on/off charges to respective CFSs/Empty park and to submit the receipt to CFS alongwith FORM 6/FORM 3 for movemnt of empty containers from other CFSs/Empty Parks to our CFS. All Cheques/DD to be drawn in favour of "Honeycomb Logistics Pvt. Ltd." payable at Mundra. 6 Dishonour of Cheque would attract liquidated damages of Rs.5000/-. The parties agrees that such liquidated damages are genuine preestimate of damages that would be caused to HLPL on such dishonour. 7 Payment of charges is not a guarantee for services. It is strictly on completion of all custom & statutory formalities. 8 PD Account system is available for clients for ease of transactions. 9 It is presumed that all consignments (Import/Export) being received at CFS are adequately insured against all possible risks during transporation and storage and the Company (Honeycomb) assumes no liability in this respect. 0 Prior movement of export container or delivery of import cargo, all CFS dues should be paid. Rates are subject to change. GST and other Government levies shall be applicable at the prevailing rates at the time of billing. 3 Movement request for export container should be given hours prior to port gate cut off. 4 All Charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) and excluding TAXES 5 6 Movement of containers is subject to weight restrictions imposed by the Government, Court and other regulatory bodies. Overweight penalties imposed by RTO, etc. to be recovered from the Customer/CHA. For Cargo brought in CFS in bags for bulking, CFS is not liable for any loss or damage to the bags or cargo and the CFS reserves the right to dispose off any left out bags/cargo after 7 days of export stuffing of cargo gate in.
