4 Folder delivery (2 x magazine, 1 x tabloid) with central & automatic waste system, easy pick-up of sample copies & overhead conveyors towards the log stackers POST PRESS PRESENTATION 4

5 A central and automatic waste ejection combined with stream aligners and squeeze rollers leaves a perfect stream of good copies for the further processing. Via overhead the two shingled streams are then transported to the log stacker area. 7 Alternatively a bundle production is possible with two RS 36 lift stackers. Equipped with indexing upper bin and intelligent servo pusher they perfectly match the high speed / high volume productions of the web press POST PRESS PRESENTATION 7

8 Via overhead the two shingled streams are transported to the log stacker area. Two RS 600 horizontal log stackers with their log palletizer transform the two streams into strapped logs POST PRESS PRESENTATION 8

9 For optimized handling the two log stackers are installed face to face with a central operation and control area. Both machines are operated by a single operator who can perform all operations like set-up, end board loading, refill of strapping belt, placing of job/pallet tickets from his central working area POST PRESS PRESENTATION 9

10 The two RS 600 log stackers are equipped with a closed loop control system which automatically controls the log building process. The result is a smooth log building process with minimum pressure and perfect logs. The log building section is open and allows perfect visual control and easy access, e.g. for pallet tickets POST PRESS PRESENTATION 10

11 Both log stackers are coupled with an automatic palletizer. Strapped logs are picked-up from the motorized delivery table and can be turned 0 /90 /180 /270 in order to match different requirements in the bindery POST PRESS PRESENTATION 11

12 The open log building area of the RS 600 easily allows to place a job/pallet ticket and/or a sample copy onto a log. With this log placed onto the top layer the products can easily be identified in the bindery POST PRESS PRESENTATION 12
