3 Basketball Court Relocate the HealthQuest equipment and construct an all weather basketball court (60 feet by 60 feet). This is a half-court asphalt surface with regulation playing lines and a Ruffneck basketball system. Benches Install recycled contour benches that are eight feet in length and anchored in the ground (current style installed in ). Entrance These eight high resolution cameras should be installed to clearly record the license number of each vehicle leaving the Greenbrook East and West villages. Each camera will: be capable of recording images twenty-fours hours each day be motion sensitive and operate only when vehicles are present transmit information to a central recording device via fiber connection be mounted to minimize vandalism and theft NOTE: A fiber cable system is a direct connection that provides more reliability. These two high resolution cameras should be installed to clearly record any activity in (and around) the pavilion area. Each camera will: be capable of recording images twenty-fours hours each day be motion sensitive and operate only when people are present transmit information to a central recording device via wireless radio link to nearest fiber connection (not via fiber) be mounted to minimize vandalism and theft Recording Device The single central recording device for all cameras should be located in a secure location remote from all cameras (LWR Maintenance building or Town Hall). The images recorded should be retained on a hard drive for at least two weeks before they are destroyed. These recordings will be used by law enforcement personnel and private security firms to investigate criminal activity. Ground cover for equipment (areas 1 & 2) Developed by ForeverLawn, Playground Grass was designed to hold up to the extreme traffic a endures. They devised a unique blade structure and new yarn that resists wear up to 4 times that of other synthetic grasses. They have a new seaming system that insures that kids will wear out before the seams do. This beautiful plush grass was originally developed for the extreme wear associated with commercial playing fields. The yarn used lasts 4 to 5 times longer than any other typical yarn. The standard polyethylene yarn (1) begins to show wear at 1500 cycles. The Playground Grass fiber showed no loss of length after 15,000 cycles. 3

4 Security Lights These two lights should be installed to turn on whenever any activity occurs in (and around) the pavilion area from dusk to dawn. Each light should: operate from dusk to dawn each day be motion sensitive and operate only when people are present be mounted to minimize vandalism and theft Shade Cover for Playground Equipment (areas 1 & 2) All materials are structurally sound and appropriate for safe use. Product durability shall is ensured by the use of corrosion-resistant metals such as stainless steel, and coatings such as zinc-plating, galvanizing, and powder-coating on steel parts. Fabrics used include UV-stabilizers and fire retardants for longevity and safety. All tubing is cold-formed and milled per rigid standards. Material testing is in accordance with ASTM E-8. Minimum yield is 40,000 psi with a minimum tensile strength of 45,000 psi on all posts. All tubing is pre-cut to appropriate lengths and all outside surfaces are galvanized with an interior corrosion-resistant zinc-rich coating. All fastening hardware shall be stainless steel. All powder-coated parts are completely cleaned and a hot zinc phosphate pretreatment with non-chromic sealer is applied. Powder-coating is then electrostatically applied and oven-cured at 375 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Polyester powders shall meet or exceed ASTM standards for Adhesion, Hardness, Impact, Flexibility, Overbake Resistance, and Salt Spray Resistance. Trees Shade trees will be planted that are at least ten feet tall to provide immediate shade. The correct height and type of tree will be determined by the Lakewood Ranch Operations Department Litter receptacles Install litter receptacles with 22 gallon capacity (current style installed in Adventure Park). 4
