1 Product Information Promoversity offers over 100,000 promotional products and apparel that can be decorated with any of the USF approved logos Promoversity will add any new products requested by USF within 24 hours of the request Typically the majority of new products are added in January, but we also add seasonal products and customer requested products throughout the year Our factories give us a 90 day notice for any products that will be discontinued. The majority of discontinued products are announced at the end of each calendar year. All discontinued items are deleted from the sites within 2 hours of a product being discontinued by the factory Pricing updates are made on January 1st of each year

9 Shipping Cost Orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx UPS will be used on standard ground shipping. We will pass on our UPS cost on all ground shipping On orders that expedited shipping is requested we will ship via FedEx Air. Due to our volume we receive a 45% discount from FedEx on all air shipments. If additional logo locations/colors are used, the website will calculate any additional charges in real time based on order quantity. There no charge to USF for any layout or design services. Digital artwork proofs are created for every order at no charge to USF. For shipping, we will pass on our cost for both ground and expedited shipping. Please refer to details in Tab B.
