The founder Director of UEPL have about 40 years of experience ranging from R&D to production to sales and marketing with leading positions in national and international companies engaged in manufacturing nd supplies of Plastics, Rubber, TPV/TPEs materials, Industrial Chemicals, Processing machines, Industrial products etc. Prior to UEPL and in his last job With Monsanto Chemicals USA s Indian Entity, he was responsible as country lead to introduced its Plastics and Santoprene TPVs range in India and sub-continent region.

4 THE STEPS In initial years , the activities remained focused only on developing Santoprene TPV of Advance Elastomer Systems L.P./ ExxonMobil Chemical USA as its non-exclusive market developer and distributor. January 2006 onwards, ULAI operational model restructured with expansion activities to include more product range with an AIM to be steps ahead of conventional traders/distributors and be as a solution provider by working closely with our existing valued/ prospective customers to study their product needs and get involved in its development in association with our overseas principals by providing material selection or alternative cost effective performance materials, trials assistance, selection of appropriate process technology and if need arise can also help in semi turn key or full turn key project depending upon product in discussion. Meaning this..single STOP SOURCE whether be it Materials, Processing Machines, Post Production Machines or a complete Project Management.

ST is an experienced and worldwide known brand for Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) / 3D Suction Blow Molding Technology. The state of the art machines are manufactured at their plants in Italy and Switzerland under very strict quality controls and backed up by efficient after sales services. Applications: 3D Ducts, Fuel Pipes, Plastic Fuel Tanks, Packaging Jars / Container etc.

16 RUBBER INJECTION MOLDING To meet the technical and commercial challenges which rubber industry is facing, UEPL has joined hands as a non exclusive representative in India and adjoining countries for LWB-Steinl, Germany and Huayi Machinery, China Both are reputed quality brands in their respective product series. While, LWB GmbH has a unique patented EFE technology and FIAO system which helps in reducing curing time up to 50%. It is also a preferred brand for Corner Molding application etc. Huayi at other end is reputed manufactured in China for Rubber and LSR injection, vaccume press molding machine..

17 PET BLOW MOLDING MOLDING UEPL has further expanded its product range with PET Stretch blow molding and other beverage turnkey line from Guangzhou Xilinear Machinery Co. Ltd, China. Xilinear is specialized in PET bottle blowing machine, hot and cold filling machine and complete turnkey production line for drinking water, juice or carbonated soft drinks. Blow Capacity ranges from 20ml to 2000ml.

19 CRAYOGENIC DE-FLASHING ULAI joined hands with Showtan Techno- Machine Nanjing Co., Ltd to represent them in India and its subcontinent region as a sales and service channel partner. Showtan is a worldwide reputed manufactures of Cryogenic De-flashing machines and the No.1 deflashing machine manufacture in China. It is also a subsidiary company of a well-known Japanese group i.e. Showa Denko. It can deflash parts ranging from 1. Rubber: NR, NBR, CR, EPDM etc. 2.
