20 EMH unsuccessful physical delivery Made when a physical delivery attempt has been unsuccessful A physical attempt must be made Must be used with appropriate action and reason codes Check code lists 112 and 113 and allowed combinations In case of undeliverable items, after agreed number of attempts, a reason code must be provided before returning the item

21 EDX import terminated Made when item will not be delivered Seized by customs Unclaimed Will be returned without delivery attempt Must be used with appropriate action and reason codes Check code lists 112 and 113
