The department is going to carry out 100 Hourly routine maintenance for one of its CAT-III series vessels having 250 BHP engines of Vessel stationed at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra along with some of the major defects as detailed below. The technical bids will be opened at 30 Nov 18 hrs. on 120~ Hrs, at the office of the Assistant Commissioner Of Customs Division Ratnagiri. Details of this tender are under, Terms and conditions - Technical Bid- Financial Bid (Proforma for quoting rates ) - Annexure - I Annexure - II Annexure III Interested agencies / Firms / Companies may inspect the concerned vessels on any working days between IO am to 5 pm on permission from respective in charge officers of Customs and submit their best bid well within the time, complete in all respect. The Technical bid in Annexure- 11, should be placed in one sealed envelope superscribed as "Technical Bid" and financial Bid (Performa for quoting rates) in Annexure - III should be placed in another sealed envelope super-scribed as "Financial Bid". Both the sealed envelope must be placed in another sealed cover super-scribing " TENDER FOR CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE / REPAIR OF CAT- IIl_9001 VESSELS", The sealed envelopes should be submitted this office by 1700 hrs. of 27 Nov The technical bids will be opened at 1200Hrs on , in the office of the Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Customs Division Ratnagiri. 3 ANNEXURE-1 Terms and Conditionsa. The boat can be inspected for the works to be carried out at the locations as mentioned above on any working days. b. In addition to the submitted defect list, asessment of projected defects and its associated sub defects which may not be listed be also required to cater in quotation. c. The firm should be an authorised dealer of Mercury Marine (OBM) or registered/recommendaed of Director of Logistic (DOL) Delhi, having workshop facility for overhauling of OBM and should be able to arrange all requisite spares. d. The firm should have at least three similar nature of Work experience on boats and Equipments of Indian customs Vessels. Same to be enclosed. e. All spares, consumables paints, oils lubricants, materials etc., required to carry out repairs shall be supplied by the firms including cranes services and transportation, if required. Vendor should be procure genuine spares and should able to produce the purchase bills of spare used for accessing genuineness of Parts used during spare. f. After completion of works, sea trail at full powers to be conducted for satisfactory performance of all machineries, equipment and systems fitted on each boat. g. The work carried out should be guaranteed for six months from the date of successful trails of vessel. h. The firm is required to complete the repair works and sea trails within 45 days from the date of work order. In case the repairs are not completed within time frame, liquidated damage of Rs 2000/- per week till completion of works and sea trails shall be deducted from the payment. i. The sealed quotations as per terms and conditions, if any should be submitted directly, by speed post/registered post or by courier to the addressee, office of the customs marine workshop, bhagwatibunder, ratnagiri , on or before by 1700hrs.The quotations received after the specified date and time of receipt shall not be considered. j.
