4 Our History and Locations 1974 Mr. Leslie Tint forms Tint Corporation in City of Industry, CA 1998 Growth creates a need for more space and the company moves to Irwindale, CA 2013 WePackItAll makes a strategic decision to add operations in Plano, Texas nearly 19,000 square feet 1999 Jack Bershtel and partners buy the company and create WePackItAll 2007 WePackItAll acquires additional warehouse property in Baldwin Park, CA to accommodate its shipping, receiving, and storage needs 30,000 square feet on nearly 3 acres 2004 WePackItAll experiences rapid growth and moves to its current headquarters in Duarte, CA 50,000 square feet on 5 acres 2014 Celebrates 40 years in the packaging industry! 2012 Jack Bershtel retires as President of WePackItAll Due to increased demand and opportunity WePackItAll increases its Texas foot print and processing capabilities by adding 19,000 square feet

14 Logistics WePackItAll has approximately 60,000 square feet of temperature controlled warehouse storage. We offer additional cold storage and Organic and Allergen segregation in our facilities. We can provide assistance with shipping solutions for your bulk and finished goods. IT Capabilities We provide customers direct access to their inventory and shipment data through our online web portal. We can also design customized reports which are automatically generated for our customers and provide visibility to their inventory, receiving and shipping documents, and requests for quotes. We can also help you upload your art work and design elements for quoting and material sourcing. Engineering We have a full service machine shop capable of customizing tooling and machinery to fit the needs of your product.
