2 EDP Media Storage Multimedia Rack Features: Modular designed racks for storing a wide variety of data media tapes including: 4mm, 8mm, Optical Disks, 3590, 9x40, Streamer, TK, DLT, LTO, 3570 Magstar and CD-ROM. Consists of two models Compact & Stretch, with base units and add-on units available for both. At the heart of the Multimedia Rack system are a range of interchangeable storage pacs, that are designed for specific media types. Constructed from furniture grade steel with adjustable feet for levelling. Multimedia Rack Specifications: Base units are 790mm (31⅛ ) wide by 352mm (13⅞ ) deep. Add-on units are the same width but are 127mm (5 ) deep. Compact base units are 610mm (24 ) high, with Stretch bases 959mm (37¾ ) high. Compact add-on units are 565mm (22¼ ) high whilst Stretch add-ons are 914mm (36 ) high. Comfortable Working Combinations: Stretch base + Stretch add-on. Stretch base + two Compact add-ons. 3 Maximiser Rack Features: EDP s original media storage solution, designed for storing 3590 tapes. Now capable of storing DLT / LTO tapes. Available in single sided racks for use against walls or double sided for creating aisles. Bottom two rows are angled for easy cartridge label viewing. Constructed from wire-welded, furniture grade steel. Maximiser Sizes: Racks are 6 Auto-Pacs high - 1,867mm (73½ ) Single sided racks are 305mm (12 ) deep. Double sided racks are 457mm (18 ) deep. Widths: 2 Pac wide = 622mm (24½ ) 4 Pac wide = 1,207mm (47½ ) 5 Pac wide = 1,495mm (58⅞ ) Quad Rac Auto-Pacs: 3590 Auto II Pac A Quad Rac Features: Quad Rac is a double density media storage rack, that has 4 independent one pac wide sliders. Quad Rac is 5 Auto-Pacs wide by 6 Auto-Pacs high. Available in single sided racks for use against walls or double sided for creating aisles. Sliders have precision moulded casters and DuPont Delrin guides for effortless gliding. Quad Rac Sizes: Quad Rac is 2,010mm (79⅛ ) high by 1,575mm (62 ) wide. 4 EDP High Density Media Storage Extreme Features: Extreme provides high density storage for 3590, 3592, 9x40 and T10K cartridges. Storage capacity can be increased by the addition of optional slider units. Base units are available in single sided units for fixing to walls, or as double sided units for creating aisles. Both base units and sliders are available in two widths, 2 pacs or 5 pacs wide by 8 pacs high. The standard spring assisted brake system allows for smooth, easy operation and has adjustable tension for operator preference. Optional hydraulic brake system is available that makes the slider become neutral at the end of a row. Extreme Extreme Sizes: Five pac wide Extreme base units are 2,083mm (82 ) high by 1,462mm ( ) wide. Single sided base units are 241mm (9½ ) deep. Double sided base units are 391mm (15⅜ ) deep. Auto-Extreme Pac Auto-Extreme Pac Features: Design completely surrounds and protects cartridges, keeping them more secure from accidental bumps, shocks, spills & dust. Reduced pac height allows for 8 levels instead of 6. Unique, patented self-locating design eliminates top ribs and prevents cartridge jam, enabling effortless retrieval and refiling. Allows for pre-staging and handling of cartridges you want. Moulded from high-impact polystyrene and features Delrin springs.

5 Multimedia Extreme Features: Multimedia Extreme provides high density media storage for a wide array of tapes including 4mm, 8mm, DLT, LTO, CD-ROM and Optical Disk. Uses the same packs as used in EDP Multimedia Racks (except for the Multimedia Ten Pac). Multimedia Extreme can be configured to store a single media type or a mix of different media formats. Base units are available as single sided racks for attaching to a wall or as double sided racks for creating aisles. Additional storage capacity can be added to base units by the addition of slider units. Sliders have Delrin wheels for easy, quiet movement. Base units are 6 pacs wide, and between 8 and 16 pacs high, depending on the media being stored. 6 Russ Bassett Media Storage ProMedia Cabinet Features: ProMedia cabinets provide secure, enclosed, storage for many types of media tapes. Media is stored securely in drawers by Slide-N-Lock dividers, or in optional media specific wire trays. All cabinets are 610mm (24 ) deep. ProMedia cabinets are available in 3 heights: 1,499mm (59 ), 1,092mm (43 ) and 686mm (27 ). Cabinets are in 2 widths 762mm (30 ) and 1,219mm (48 ). There are 5 data drawer heights 102mm (4 ), 127mm (5 ), 153mm (6 ), 178mm (7 ) and 204mm (8 ). Two file drawers are also available in 279mm (11 ) and 305mm (12 ) heights. Drawers are interlocking, allowing only one drawer to be opened at a time, preventing accidental tipping. Drawers have heavy duty ball bearing slides for smooth quiet operation, and are fitted with turn key locks for security. Cabinets have a heavy gauge welded construction with powder coat finish. Extra storage capacity is possible with 1,219mm (48 ) wide units with the addition of the top mounting Overfile unit. ProMedia Overfile Features: Fits onto the 1,219mm (48 ) wide ProMedia cabinets. Overfile consists of 7 vertical drawers. Each drawer has 4 height adjustable shelves in 13mm (½ ) increments for maximum flexibility. Overfile cabinets are 921mm (36¼ ) high, 1,219mm (48 ) wide and 610mm (24 ) deep. Optional adjustable backstops position all media at the front edge of the shelf for quicker visual & physical access.

7 Gemtrac Features: Gemtrac is a high density enclosed media storage solution. Gemtrac consists of two large cabinets with vertical drawers that slide out on an interconnecting overhead track. A Gemtrac solution occupies only 2.4m² (25 Sq feet) of floor space. Two cabinet heights - 2,057mm (81 ) and 2,286mm (90 ) Five drawer widths - 127mm (5 ), 140mm (5½ ), 153mm (6 ), 178mm (7 ) and 204mm (8 ). Drawers supported on 8 ball bearing wheels ensuring smooth and quiet operation. Drawers have ajustable shelves in 13mm (½ ) increments. Gemtrac Benefits: Overhead track keeps aisle free as there is no track on the floor. Quick access to thousands of stored tapes from one position. Heavy gauge welded construction, finished in a durable powder coat finish with no off-gassing. Easy service access via removable side panels. Leveling glides fitted as standard. Units can be easily ganged for multiple unit installations. The lockable enclosed design of Gemtrac protects the stored media from dust, light and sprinklers, as well as theft.

8 Russ Bassett Media Storage Slimcase Features: Slimcase is a multi-purpose, and universal system, that can be used in any office or backroom application. Slimcase can accommodate either top or side tab file folders, small media such as computer tapes, and all types of audio/visual tapes as well as binder storage. Configurations can have pull out drawers, shelves or a mixture of both. Slimcase has an open design with the option of fitting a locking tambour door for extra security. Two Heights - 1,990mm (78 ) or 1,780mm (70 ). Slimcase cabinets are 920mm (36 ) wide and 470mm (18½ ) deep. Narrow footprint saves space. Shelves are adjustable in 13mm (½ ) increments. Heavy gauge steel welded construction. Waist high Ergo Lock door lock as standard. Ships Set-up and ready to use.

9 Micrographic Cabinet Features: The original classic media cabinet from Russ Bassett, quickly recognised by their centre mounted, chrome flush drawer pull. Cabinets are configured with all the same height drawers. Three cabinet styles: Vertical - 635mm wide x 727mm deep (25 x 28⅝ ) Lateral - 1,095mm wide x 464mm deep (43⅛ x 18¼ ) Extra Deep Lateral - 1,095mm wide x 572mm deep (43⅛ x 22½ ) Three Cabinet Heights: Short - 733mm (28⅞ ) Medium - 1,010mm (39¾ ) Tall - 1,422mm (56 ) Heavy Gauge Welded Construction Powder Coat Finish Leveling Glides Turn Key Locks Drawers interlock for safety. Four 127mm (5 ) diametre swivel wheels ensures easy movement on both carpeted and hard floors. Rear wheels feature a brake system. GoCart has the flexibility for up to 10 shelves with stop-lock connectors, that keep the shelves from unintentionally sliding out. Shelves are height adjustable in 13mm (½ ) increments, allowing easy configuration for a variety of media formats. Non-skid top surface with 29mm (1⅛ ) high retaining wall.

10 Turtle Case Features: Turtle Media Transit Cases Provides secure storage for media while it is being transported, and protects tapes from mechanical impacts, temperature and / or humidity extremes, debris from foreign contaminants, airbourne debris and electrostatic discharge. This is achieved through a double wall construction that absorbs impact so reducing shock to tapes. The double wall construction also provides insulation from external temperature changes and minimises the effects of stray magnetic fields. Made from a special high density polyethylene construction that is lightweight but incredibly durable. The material will not rust and there are no sharp edges. The unique moulded dividers create individual media specific slots, that are sized to the exact dimensions of each media type. This reduces damage to the media that could be caused by shaking and rattling. The sealing on Turtle cases prevents the ingress of dirt and water, and also prevents condensation. Turtle cases have self locking, double strong latches that are sturdy and safe from springing open. Lockable for added security (Brass combination padlock now included as standard). Recessed smooth grip handles that are easy to carry and easy to stack. Available for DLT, SDLT, LTO, 4mm, 8mm and more.

11 EDP Media Identification Labels Features: Label quality is critical to data management, EDP Tri-Optic media labels are recognised by market leading tape manufacturers as their approved label of choice. Quality and consistency are our primary objectives, with consistent colours for easy identification and Grade A barcode that have a 99% first time read rate. Laminated for protection, that makes them smudge, fade and tear resistant. Superior adhesives that bond stronger with time. Barcode A barcode symbol consists of varying width parallel bars and spaces. Pre-determined width patterns are used to represent actual data in the symbol. 2. Code 39 (3 of 9) Code 39 was the first alphanumeric symbol to be developed and is widely used today. 3. Modified Barcode The alteration of the barcode, as in the sequence of or addition of characters, such as checksum characters. 4. Checksum Character A character included within the data that is used for performing a mathematical check to ensure the accuracy of that data. 5. Sequence The consecutive series of numbers and alpha characters that make up a set of labels. 6. Quiet Zone The clear space, containing no dark marks, that precedes the start character of a barcode symbol and follows the stop character 7. Media Identifier One or more characters used to uniquely identify the type of media e.g. L2. 8. Colour Coding Each number has a unique colour to aid identification making it easier to locate misfiled media. Three colour palettes available: Pastel, Standard & Vibrant.
