4 4 UTLC SUCCESSFUL PROJECT IN RAIL TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT ACROSS EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNI In 2016, the volume of transportation on Dostyk/Altynkol Brest Dostyk/ Altynkol doubled on 2015 and reached 101,000 TEUs (with total transit amounting to 104,600 TEUs) In 2017 the growth of volumes is projected to increase by 50% compared to 2016

5 5 UTLC IS READY TO CONTINUE ACTIVE WORK IN DESIGNATED DIRECTIONS In 2017 UTLC plans to launch a number of new regular services on U WEST and U EAST.The plan is to arrange for transit container transportation from/to China to/from Europe via Kaliningrad the forecast volume is 1 train/day (365 trains/year) Green Stream (BTLTs and UTLC joint project): transportation from Belarus to China; 10,000 km in 12 days The capacity of container trains on UTLC services is lower than for marine container carriers but UTLC is able to ensure regular shipments every 4 hours UTLC ships up to 8 trains in both directions per day By 2025, UTLC is going to increase the train speed to 1,500 km/day and reduce the cargo transportation transit time to 3.5 days The strategic objective is to bring the volume of rail container transportation between Asia and Europe to 1 million TEUs

6 6 CONCLUSION UTLC is a logistics operator, which unites the Kazakhstan, Russian and Belarusian railways and provides competent services at a high professional level UTLC is the project of integration of Eurasian Economic Union and «One Belt, One Route» initiative UTLC makes a significant contribution to development of railway routes in Eurasia and, consequently, extension of trade and economic relations between Europe and Asia
