3 JSW fully electric injection moulding machines JSW fully electric injection moulding machines The JSW fully electric injection moulding machine series covers the entire range of closing forces from 300 to 30,000 kn. Approx. 60% energy saving with highly efficient servo-motors and energy recovery. Efficient use is made of power, without wasting energy. The servo-motors require no external cooling. Cycle time is shortened by quick, highly reproducible parallel movements Quick cycles with outstanding process reliability = productivity x quality = profit. Exceptional modularity for tailor-made, practical and cost effictive solutions. More than 200 combinations can be selected from the modularly structured closing units with up to 3 injection units, 3 screw diameters and 3 injection output levels. Since it is a fully electric machine, there is no need for hydraulic oil or the closed circuit equipment installations required for its cooling. During operation, the machines are quiet, clean, and emit little heat providing improved environmental and working conditions. Thanks to its modular structure, the plug-and-play PlugXPress units are suitable for injection moulding machines of all makes. Exploit existing capacities Retrofitting a PlugXPress unit onto an injection moulding machine already located in a machine plant means that production can be carried out using the latest technology without having to invest in new machines. Existing capacities can be utilised to develop new products with a minimum of extra costs. High flexibility With a single PlugXPress unit, all of a plant s injection moulding machines can be quickly and easily refitted for applications with multi-component technology. Shortening cycle times Thanks to the PlugXPress units own drive, which runs independently of the main machine, the plastification process can run parallel to all other functions. Design and construction of hydraulic equipment such as functional blocks and units up to finished machines with electronic control systems. Replacement parts and global service with maintenance and calibration of equipment as well as oil analysis and oil purification.
