12 2014 Instant Rebate Coupon The new Rebate Coupon program provides consumers with the opportunity to save up to $500 on the purchase of select Wood, Pellet or Gas units for a limited time. Here is how it works: Consumers may obtain a serialized coupon for up to $500 instant rebate by visiting us online at enviro.com and filling in the required information. Coupon must be printed and presented at time of purchase to qualify. Participating dealers will discount the sale price of the unit by the amount indicated on the Discount Breakdown charts. Dealers will submit the required sale information to their distributor, including the coupon serial, model and product serial number. The Distributor and Sherwood Industries will each contribute 1/4 of the rebate cost. Copy of invoice showing regular price and subtracted discount must be included. Offer valid at participating dealers. Example: Consumer arrives at a participating dealer with a printed copy of the coupon and selects an Empress FS for purchase. Dealer retains the coupon, consults the Discount Breakdown chart and provides an instant discount of $350 on the sale of this model. Dealer submits sale information (including invoice) to the Distributor for processing. Distributor reimburses $175 to the Dealer and submits information to Sherwood Industries through the online claims utility. Sherwood Industries provides a credit for $87.50 to the Distributor.
